Korla Hotels with Gym

Perfect hotel! Our family of three stayed for two days and had a great experience. The price is affordable and everyone can see that we stayed in a twin room. The hygiene is very good and the service is quite good. Let me tell you a story. There was a problem with the vending machine in the hotel lobby, but the owner of the machine could not be contacted (bad review for the vending machine). The hotel front desk did not shirk responsibility, but paid the bill first, and then they contacted the owner of the vending machine to resolve the problem themselves. Great. The front desk was very welcoming, even the security guy was very welcoming. The environment is very good, new hotel. The breakfast was prepared very beautifully and carefully, with many varieties and good taste. It’s a pity that we didn’t get up, so we ate quickly and didn’t take any photos. In short, it's all five stars, come and stay!

The hotel is budget-friendly, the rooms are spacious and never feel cramped, and the mattress is just right – not too soft, not too hard. The water pressure in the shower is consistently good. Downstairs, there are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants. It's clean and quiet, and for the same price, the quality far surpasses other places. Absolutely excellent value for money!

During the trip to southern Xinjiang, I temporarily decided to rest in Korla and chose Ji Feng. I was unexpectedly satisfied. Ronaldinho at the front desk has a good service attitude and the hotel provides free shopping bags. The room is large, with good lighting, and the TV screen is large and high-definition. Screencasting is also supported. The curtains have good light-blocking properties and the smart toilet experience is perfect. There are many varieties of breakfast, everything you need, and the aunt in the restaurant is very proactive. The hotel also has free laundry and a gym, but I was too pressed for time to experience it.

Once, I casually mentioned wanting some warm water, and it was brought to me within minutes—that thoughtfulness truly touched me! They responded to any issues immediately, their attitude was impeccable, and I felt as comfortable and at home as possible. Overall, the service here was definitely the highlight—warm, professional, and making my stay incredibly comfortable! I highly recommend it; you won't be disappointed!

It is a five-minute walk to the lively square night market. It is the community service center. Vegetables and fruits and various early supplies are sufficient. When you come back from a circle in southern Xinjiang, you must visit this hotel again. Don't worry about washing your clothes when you get home.

It is near the train station, very convenient. The staff are very enthusiastic, especially the security brother, who greeted and said hello when they met. It may be because of the holiday, the last day, the breakfast was not good, and there was no food later. I hope this can be improved later.

Great hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. They even brought me some water when they saw me coughing badly, which was very thoughtful.
