AAnonymous UserCome visit Korla, Xinjiang in the United States as the Eid al-Adha festival approaches! The journey and the car ride were quite tiring. First of all, when we arrived at the hotel, there was an underground parking lot, which was very convenient and right next to the hotel. Once we entered the hotel, the service and treatment were really good, not worse than those in star-rated hotels. There was free fruit. I remember there was a night shift guy who provided really good service. Because we mainlanders drink a lot of water, I called the front desk and the guy handled everything very well and promptly. He also asked us if we needed anything else. I told him that he would patiently explain to us what to do tomorrow, and even prepare a few bottles of water for us to drink on the way after check-out. Really considerate and comfortable stay. I am also grateful to the hotel for recruiting and nurturing such excellent employees.

TTianhuangguThe room is actually better than the photos. The layout is very reasonable, the facilities are complete, the hygiene is very clean, and the elevator management is also very good and safe. You need to use the elevator to go upstairs. The mattress is especially comfortable. I am not disappointed. The front desk service is also very enthusiastic. Thoughtful, thumbs up to the housekeeping and front desk 👍. Impeccable, clean and tidy, the front desk and security are attentive and helpful in recommending routes and food, and are very patient. Secondly, there are too many problems with the facilities, the toilet is leaking, it needs to be repaired, the air conditioner has no hot air, it happened to snow, I was freezing...
Finally, I changed the room and it was much warmer
The water temperature of the shower is difficult to adjust, it is either very hot, or it is cold after turning a little bit...
The linens are tattered, let's not say throw them away and replace them with new ones, it's a bit wasteful, at least trim them
Breakfast: It's really hard to say, the coffee is instant, the orange juice is powdered... There are not many types of food, the standard of three stars in the mainland
It's average. When I chose the hotel, I thought it was the best in Korla, but I was still disappointed. Maybe the star standard in Xinjiang is relatively low

GGuest UserThe location is very good, you can see the train station square when you take his elevator, and it is too close to the train station! Go to the bus 101 to the Grand Bazaar, and the bus 26 to the museum. The bedding is clean and tidy. Although it is very close to the train station, it is very quiet to sleep at night and can't hear the train sound! The only regret is that the parking lot, entering and going out two mouths, one with a railing, and one with a large iron gate, is too inconvenient.

The most unforgettable thing about this trip to Korla was packing the sincerity of my Uyghur friends into my suitcase. If you also want to experience the warm human feelings when you open the door like I do, rather than the cold feeling of a luxury high-end hotel, I strongly recommend the Jinlan Business Hotel hidden in the Grand Bazaar of Southern Xinjiang.

GGuest UserThe room is clean and comfortable, spacious and has new facilities. When booking online, I didn't notice that the suite had no windows. After arriving, the hotel upgraded me to a suite with windows for free, as well as free breakfast. The service was really great. The most important thing is that the environment is also good. It's close to the Peacock River and there is a hotel in front of the hotel. There is a food court, which is very convenient. Overall, I am very satisfied.

GGuest UserI booked a 4th floor room and it was not clean. Hair all over the bathroom sink and shower area. Several pieces of floor tile are loose and the toilet has a strong sewage smell. After one awful night, I upgraded to a renovated room on the 3rd floor. Still not clean and hair and stain all over but at least there is no smell. The location is good and there are lots of restaurants around and the owner is nice and helpful.

The proprietress was more hospitable, but she was not often there. The location of the homestay is next to the train station. There are many shops, supermarkets and vendors nearby. It is very convenient to find food. Overall, it is very cost-effective to spend more than 30 yuan for one night.
