Whether it's shopping or dining, nothing is too far away. As soon as I walked in, I was drawn to the ambiance – the decor is cozy yet stylish, and you can tell the host put a lot of thought into the details. Their aesthetic taste is really impressive. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and all the toiletries were provided. The natural light and ventilation were excellent, making for a really reassuring stay. The host was incredibly warm and attentive, communicating check-in details in advance and responding promptly to any questions. They even offered thoughtful recommendations for local food and attractions. The service truly deserves full marks; it felt just like coming home. Overall, the experience was fantastic, offering incredible value for money. I felt comfortable and relaxed throughout my stay, with absolutely no regrets. [Experience staying at Tekes All Seasons Hotel: Heartwarming service of late-night laundry] This time staying at the All Seasons Hotel Turks, the experience far exceeded expectations! I especially want to praise the ladies at the front desk, Ake and Xiao Su, their service attitude is really super considerate! When I needed to wash and dry clothes late at night, they not only patiently guided me on how to use the 24-hour free self-service laundry room, but also took the initiative to help me confirm the laundry process. The default cold water wash for 36 minutes and high-temperature drying for 30 minutes are very efficient. The clothes are soft and clean after washing. Disinfectant is also provided free of charge. Perfect details! What touched me most was that Ake and Xiao Su followed up on my needs throughout the whole process. When they were on duty late at night, they specially reminded me to retrieve my clothes and even helped to hang them up neatly. This serious and responsible attitude really makes people feel warm. The hotel environment is clean and comfortable, the service is meticulous and thoughtful, and it is highly recommended to all friends who come to Tekes! I will definitely choose here again next time. Choosing Wuyin Zhidi for our trip to Kalajun was absolutely the right decision! The hotel is super close to the East Gate of Kalajun Scenic Area, just a ten-minute drive. Our butler, Xiao Ba, wasn't just handsome, but also incredibly thoughtful and attentive. He was always responsive to our needs and gave us great tips on the best places to visit and the most beautiful scenic spots – he was really, really nice! As for the hotel room, it was very clean, spacious, and had an amazing view. They even treated us to a wonderful, extensive afternoon tea with incredibly sweet fruit. This place is definitely worth it! Highly, highly recommend!!!

This yurts and wooden cabins hotel is quite unique, nestled on a hilltop right next to the self-driving east gate of the Kalajun scenic area, so the location is great. The views are absolutely stunning, with the entire Kalajun Valley meadow stretching out before you. The full-length windows in the rooms are also top-notch. There are even three adorable little lambs in the common area. Due to infrastructure limitations, the room size isn't huge, and the electric water heater only provides hot water for 20 minutes before needing to reheat. However, these are acceptable compromises. The hardware itself deserves praise; I wouldn't even mind if it wasn't fully renovated. BUT, the biggest issue is: is this establishment operating as a guesthouse or a hotel? It's affiliated with LICHEN Hotels, but the service is completely unlike a hotel. While the front desk and restaurant staff were working diligently, other staff members on the sofa seemed to be slacking off, laughing and chatting. Slacking off shouldn't happen in a hotel's public areas; this is a matter of attitude. The paths to the rooms are unpaved, and luggage is transported by small tricycles. During the day, staff members didn't greet guests and simply walked past like strangers. At night, there was even suspected noise from a party. Staff were having a private barbecue nearby, which wasn't open to guests – just for employees. This is so unprofessional, folks! What can I say! I bet the boss holds morning meetings, but they're clearly useless, as nobody seems to have learned anything. Oh, and by the way, I don't really expect this review to lead to improvements, but for future guests, please lower your expectations to have a better experience. Sincerely.

Wenzhou International Hotel is of guaranteed quality and has very good service. The rooms all have small refrigerators and are fairly clean. But this time, probably because of the Eid al-Adha, the customer service was not very good. I stayed for two nights in a row. I told the waiter to change towels and toiletries in the morning, but when I returned to the hotel at noon the next day, the room was not cleaned. I called the front desk and continued my trip. When I returned to the room in the early hours of the night, it was still not changed. After I told the front desk again, it took 20 minutes to change it.

It should be a newly renovated hotel. The room is large, the service attitude is very good, the security uncle is full of energy, you can hear the greeting as soon as you enter the door, and upgraded us to a parent-child room for free. Except for some small flying insects flying in from the window at night, everything else is very satisfactory

這次入住體驗遠超預期，特別要感謝前廳部經理吳悦女士。因為航班晚點，到店已經很晚，吳經理不僅提前致電確認了到店時間，還細心地根據我的備註升級了更高樓層的安靜房型。 入住期間，她敏鋭地察覺到我帶了孩子，主動送來了小童洗漱用品，並貼心地告知了早餐的小童餐時段。無論是協調車輛還是解答周邊遊玩問題，她都表現得極其專業且親切。能感受到她是發自內心地為客人着想，這種“有温度”的管理，是這家酒店最寶貴的地方。以後來這座城市，這裏絕對是首選。
