Hygienic: relatively clean, the room has a separate hot spring pool.
Environment: In the Liuzu resort area, the fish pond at the door is equipped with fish food, and the children have a good time!
Service: When booking, I said that I should try not to arrange the tail room, but I still arranged it.

GGuest UserThe service is thoughtful. We arrived at the restaurant a little late on the day of check-in and they waited for us to eat. The store also gave us lychees as a gift, and provided mosquito coils and other things if we needed them. The next morning, I wanted to drink coffee, and the store owner was so considerate and helped me make it! If you want to drink iced drinks when it's hot, all your needs are met 😆 The included breakfast is also very healthy! The portion is large~ The lychees are sweet, the spring water is great, the scenery is beautiful, the salted egg yolk pumpkin, five-fingered hair peach chicken, tea-flavored salt-baked chicken, and soup melon seedlings are all delicious😋 I will come again if I have a chance~~~ Short trip very nice

The room was clean and tidy, the decoration was simple and generous, the sound insulation effect was good, and the rest was very good at night. The front desk lady was professional and polite, and took the initiative to help upgrade the room type. The service efficiency was high and it made people feel very intimate. Excellent location, convenient travel, cost-effective in the same type of hotel is very high, it is worth staying, five-star praise

WWw_owThe rooms are spacious and comfortable. Clean and hygienic. The breakfast is also rich. Although it is not a garden view room, it is not noisy. The hotel is not far from the hot springs. But Zen Town is not a holiday and it is very deserted.

JJoshua Cheung！作為一名比較注重細節的客人，我想給你們新開業的酒店提一些意見和建議。首先，看到你們在網上平台寫的是“別墅私湯雙床房”，第一眼會認為是一整棟別墅裏面帶有一張雙床房和私湯，結果是衹有一間在別墅區的帶有私湯的房間，我們到後比較失望。其次，可能是清潔比較匆忙，陽台有些許垃圾未及時清理，房間和廁所地面也有少許碎屑和污漬，茶几上面燈的燈罩也很多手印比較臟，沒清潔到位。建議將酒店拖鞋擺放到衣櫃外面，這樣顯眼，擺在櫃子裏比較難找，吹風機也可以放到洗手枱上面的盤子，結果放在了茶几下面的櫃子裏，也挺難找的。並且房間裝修味道特別大，一進房間就感覺很悶很臭的味道，隔音也不太好，隔壁房間講話聲音都能聽到，還有那個門感覺可以弄個緩震條什麼的，關門聲也太大了，砰的一聲能把人嚇醒。温泉方面還算不錯的，有很多泡池選擇，温泉那邊的服務人員也很好，很熱情認真，但是私湯的話有點不太滿意，房間與房間之間的私湯私密性比較差，樓上探頭可以完全看到我們的私湯，私湯之間僅有一些植株遮擋，我們可以透過小樹清晰看到隔壁房間的私湯，而且圍欄處還有比較大的空隙，客人甚至可以輕鬆穿過到達別人的房間陽台，這點非常需要改進，關乎客人的私隱和安全問題。健身房和小童樂園也還不錯，設施完備。餐廳也有點不滿意的地方，個別服務人員服務水平還要提升，説話比較小聲，引導不太清晰。菜品方面還算可以，就是麪包機旁邊沒有黃油，還有調料那邊的醋和醬油之類的建議寫上標簽，容易弄錯。粉面區的牛腩是直接放在外面的，已經冷的油都結塊了，感覺不太新鮮。再有，入住期間，沒有人帶領客人前往房間，衹是口頭説了地點，有些客人可能找不到房間，加上清潔車擺放在走廊正中央導致路很窄，入住體驗欠佳。總的來説酒店各方面還是不錯的，衹是有不少細節需要多多注意，畢竟價位也不低，對應的設施服務的要求需要更嚴格呢。
