"This was my second time here, and the experience was still fantastic. This visit was to celebrate a family birthday. Manager Li Jiefang from the hotel staff was incredibly thoughtful and helped decorate the room, which deeply touched and surprised my family. "During the summer holiday check-in, there were two lines. One was exclusively for Ctrip users and was super fast, while the other regular line was too long, and check-in usually wasn't possible until 2 or 3 PM. You can drive right up to the villa, but each villa only has about two parking spaces. We stayed on the second floor of Zone A, so we had to enter the water access area from the public entrance, and the room facilities were a bit old. For longer distances within the resort, you could call for a shuttle. The butler service was decent, and they usually responded and followed up quickly. The water quality was okay, but there weren't many activities, and some of them were a bit old and dirty. There are quite a few farmhouses outside the resort, and you can also order takeout, though there aren't many takeout options. The entire ecological park is pleasant and not tiring to walk around. It's a great place for fun, leisure, and recuperation. I highly recommend it. The Xiangwo tea is delicious and fragrant. Each room comes with two bottles and a large 3L bottle of Xiangwo mountain spring water, which is sweet and refreshing. The tea-flavored chicken is also excellent!"
