"Location: 5 stars. Situated by the river, the location is very convenient. There are various fast-food restaurants downstairs and across the street, making dining easy. They have both underground and open-air parking. Even during the May Day holiday, there was ample parking, so no need to circle around looking for a spot. It's also a short drive to Guo'en Temple. Environment: 5 stars. By the river. We heard that over 90% of the hotel rooms have a river view, and ours did too – the view from the window was lovely. The room had excellent soundproofing; we couldn't hear any traffic from the road. Cleanliness: 5 stars. The room was clean and tidy. My daughter even used the hotel's stationery to draw a bit. Room Facilities: 3 stars. There was only one bathrobe in the room. The tea station had a small cabinet for tea bags, but it was empty. It wasn't until we checked out that we found the tea bags in the drawer above the mini-fridge. They were placed so discreetly, almost as if they didn't want guests to drink them! The 'soft' switch in the bathroom was broken and didn't work. Service: 4 stars. Overall, the staff attitude was good, but one male front desk receptionist was a bit cold. We arrived with a child and wanted to check in at 2 PM, but he ignored us. Later, a female front desk staff member helped us get checked in. Dining: 4 stars. For the price, the buffet wasn't particularly good value for money. Highlight: The indoor pool is excellent."

"The environment here is fantastic. Lush greenery and vibrant flowers are tastefully arranged, and the architecture is in a modern Chinese style. Every step offers a new beautiful view. Many birds fly around, making it peaceful yet full of life. There are covered walkways for guests going to the hot springs, so you won't get wet if it rains. The room facilities are comprehensive; there's a safe, a mini-fridge, tea, and an umbrella, all provided. Inside the hot springs area, there are plenty of fresh towels available for changing. Service is excellent. The staff are all very enthusiastic. When we checked into our room and asked for an extra quilt, housekeeping immediately came to help us out and even asked if we wanted the quilt folded. When we requested two more bottles of water, housekeeping promptly delivered them, along with two small sodas. While at the hot springs, my elderly family member, who isn't very agile, received incredibly warm assistance from staff member Zhao Shaofen. She helped the elder person get in and out of the pools, proactively brought tea and towels, and even walked slowly with them along the way, explaining the different hot springs. This is a hotel worth revisiting many times over. I'd love to bring my whole company here for a team-building event! 😊😊"

"Came here for a family vacation with the kids and stayed in the hydro-suite this time. It was super convenient to be able to just step out and hop into the water slides! The hotel has a great variety of facilities that are perfect for kids. Both the water slides and the hot spring areas were very clean, so we could really relax and enjoy ourselves. The kids had a blast, and so did the adults. We'll definitely be back!"

Welcome fruit was provided in the room, a very thoughtful touch. The room was very clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding and excellent soundproofing. The bathroom had ample water pressure and consistent hot water. The shower gel and shampoo were high-quality, and the smart device was easy to use. The gym was well-equipped and well-maintained. The hot spring pool was clear and beautiful. The restaurant offered a varied and delicious breakfast. The public areas were stylishly designed and comfortable. The location is excellent, a 7-minute walk from Guo'en Temple and Longtan Lake Wetland Park, making travel extremely convenient."

"Jinshuitai is a good choice for taking family vacation in summer vacation. The two bedrooms and one living room are spacious and comfortable, and both rooms have hot springs. "The room was very clean and the front desk staff was polite. I participated in the hotel's free hiking activity and tried to pick tea leaves by myself. The tour guide Sisi explained it attentively. During the tea art performance, we also tasted black tea and green tea, and the tea brewers also explained it carefully. Go to Yunquan Valley to soak in hot springs in the evening. There are many kinds of hot springs, the environment is very clean, and the temperature is very hot. Each one is a small spring, and you can chat while soaking. What I like most is that the hotel is surrounded by mountains and rivers, and the air is very fresh, which is very suitable for relaxing during a short vacation. The only drawback is that there are too few restaurants for dinner, and there are too many people at the breakfast buffet, which is acceptable if you don't have any requirements for food."
