I came to Yulin for an exam and spent a long time choosing this newly opened hotel last year. It was definitely the right choice! From the lobby to the room cleanliness, everything was spotless. Check-in was quick, and the receptionist was professional and attentive, asking if I had any room requests. The weather was fine when I left for the exam the next day, but when I returned, it changed completely and started pouring rain. Even after taking a taxi back to the hotel entrance, I couldn't get to the lobby. The receptionist saw me and ran over with an umbrella – thankfully she braved the rain to meet me, as it started hailing right after I entered the gate. Back at the front desk, she even gave me a hot towel and hot tea – so thoughtful! I chatted with her briefly; she was customer service representative Qiqi. Later, when I was short on time to get to my room, she even helped me take my clothes to dry – the service was incredibly attentive and considerate! When I was about to check out, the sun came out again – everything was great!

Didn't take much photo of the room we booked but it was excellent. It's located right next to a mall and there were plenty of food selection. The room was squeaky clean and spacious. They also offer free laundry service. Breakfast at the hotel is affordable serving fresh food but not much variety.

Parents stayed here and loved it. Service was amazing and they loved the breakfast (good for vegetarians). Room was clean and spacey, and had a good view of the city too.

The girls at the front desk were very enthusiastic. They knew that I was in a hurry to go out and made the wrong order, so they took the initiative to change the room. What a thoughtful service! There was no impatience at all during the whole process. It is indeed a well-known hotel here! It is worth it for this service! The room is clean and tidy, and it is also very quiet at night.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was surprisingly spacious and spotless, which made it feel very comfortable and relaxing. The overall service was excellent, and every staff member I interacted with was polite and attentive. The front desk team, in particular, was friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was also a highlight—there was a good variety of food, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. It was a great way to start the day. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with great service.

As a foreigner, I have limited experience as to how Chinese Hotels are like. But this one ranks, in my opinion, towards the top. The best element was the staff. The receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful when I arrived yesterday evening, not hesitating to use translating apps to make sure I would understand everything. To them: good job, continue so on! But the other staff were just as friendly. For example, the breakfast ladies were always attentive at the, quite frankly, numerous guests - ready to help at any moment's notice. And there are a lot of small quality elements adding up to the nice stay: the room has a larger TV, the shower is grand, the seats at the breakfast were very comfy, the breakfast in itself was varied and constantly filled up, there is a laundry room, the location is very central, ... I would definitely recommend this hotel if you ever visit Yulin.

We came to this city for our Southern China tour and booked this hotel. It is next to the wet market, plenty of street hawkers and food stalls come with great offering in the late evening. The night market is about 2 streets away and walkable on foot. However, the public bus stop leading to train station is a bit far on foot from this hotel. Thank to the hotel receptionist who is very kind to call transportation for us using the e-hailing apps. We have visit the Lushan Park (Deer Mountain) and cave (pictures) from here.

The environment of this whole season is really good. As soon as I enter the door, I smell the faint tea fragrance in the lobby. The lights are warm and it makes people feel very relaxed. The corners of the room are cleaned very clean, the bedding is white and flat, and the stay is very comfortable. The service is also very intimate, the front desk is very warm!
