Let me start with my first impression upon entering the room. The hotel environment was clean and elegant, giving a sense of spaciousness. The facilities were comprehensive, and there was even an air purifier – great for your skin when sleeping with it on. The bedding also looked brand new, which was a nice touch. In the bathroom, the shower had excellent water pressure, and hot water came out instantly! It was such a comfortable shower. The room's soundproofing was also good. It was very clean, well-ventilated, and had plenty of sunlight. There's a large, super comfy and soft sofa, perfect for lounging. There's also a small table for convenient work, ample lighting, and fast internet. The room has a small wardrobe, which was very handy for hanging clothes. The washing machine and dryer are on the 7th floor, and the hotel even offers laundry and drying services, which is truly excellent. Overall, a great experience! The lobby was also beautiful and spacious, clean and elegant, with very enthusiastic staff who were knowledgeable about the surrounding area. It's very close to the pedestrian street, which was fun to explore. Parking at the hotel was convenient. The breakfast was quite delicious, and the service was great, with staff even explaining the different options! In the afternoon, the lobby offered complimentary fruits, snacks, and cold drinks. In the room, there were even eye masks, razors, and earplugs! The lobby also had many other amenities. This was the first time I've stayed somewhere so comfortable on a business trip!

The hotel has convenient underground parking. The room is big enough and the bed is OK. The room is very quiet and the air conditioning is very strong, so it is very quiet when sleeping at night. There are many shops for eating downstairs and a large supermarket for shopping. It is within walking distance of Rongzhou Ancient City. The breakfast is average. You have to boil the soup noodles yourself. The eggs are served very slowly and you have to wait after you finish eating. There is only one staff member in the breakfast room, and some of the plates for food are not disinfected and are still wet.

Originally booked a double bed room for 288 yuan for two nights, but when I checked in, I said that it was on the road and the parking lot behind would be quieter. I asked if I had upgraded a quiet double bed room. The front desk suggested that I change to a twin room and rebook a room for 317 yuan. I went to the sixth floor and found that 6012 was a big bed room by the parking lot. This made me depressed. In this small place, it is not a peak season, there is no upgrade, there is a big bed empty room by the back parking lot, and I am asked to make up the difference to live. And the first night I found that the bath was dirty, and I remembered the experience of staying. I didn't find the front desk to change it. The weather is hot, there is not enough water to drink, but the room is not enough paper, when asked to supplement, the waiter brought the paper is a bulk stack, there is no outer packaging, the sink faucet opened the sink drain hole is washed to cover, I have to use a disposable chopstick to help uncover the drainage. I live in Room 6012... This time I chose the hotel mainly because it is under Dongcheng. Although it is a small hotel, I can't ask for too much, but this stay experience is really bad.

I requested a non-smoking room when booking, and the front desk confirmed this upon check-in. However, there was a slight odor of cigarette smoke upon entering the room. Environment: The hotel is nice and conveniently located. There's a supermarket downstairs, and there's also a commercial street with milk tea shops. It's also not far from the county center. Service: They thoughtfully upgraded my room type, and it was a very comfortable stay. Overall: Breakfast was included in my booking, but the variety was a bit limited. Rong County, as a hometown of overseas Chinese, isn't a popular tourist destination, but it does attract many tourists. During breakfast, I heard other guests mentioning the lack of coffee and a limited selection. Although there was food on the table, the breakfast selection was indeed a bit limited compared to similar hotels. I hope they'll improve it next time I visit. As soon as you get off the highway, you can see that the lobby is very spacious and luxurious. The hotel's special raw flour is very authentic. Secondly, the parking space is very large and there are free charging piles. The service and hygiene are generally good~

As a foreigner, I have limited experience as to how Chinese Hotels are like. But this one ranks, in my opinion, towards the top. The best element was the staff. The receptionists were extremely friendly and helpful when I arrived yesterday evening, not hesitating to use translating apps to make sure I would understand everything. To them: good job, continue so on! But the other staff were just as friendly. For example, the breakfast ladies were always attentive at the, quite frankly, numerous guests - ready to help at any moment's notice. And there are a lot of small quality elements adding up to the nice stay: the room has a larger TV, the shower is grand, the seats at the breakfast were very comfy, the breakfast in itself was varied and constantly filled up, there is a laundry room, the location is very central, ... I would definitely recommend this hotel if you ever visit Yulin.

The environment of this whole season is really good. As soon as I enter the door, I smell the faint tea fragrance in the lobby. The lights are warm and it makes people feel very relaxed. The corners of the room are cleaned very clean, the bedding is white and flat, and the stay is very comfortable. The service is also very intimate, the front desk is very warm!
