I came down from the highway and checked in with my old mother. The hotel was very new and clean. We arrived at the lobby at 6 pm. There was no welcome tea. The breakfast was better than similar hotels in Xingye County. This is a very good hotel.

The environment is quiet and comfortable, the room is light and ventilated, and the facilities are brand new and complete. The service is meticulous and thoughtful, the procedures are efficient and not queued, the surrounding dining and shopping are very close, the living is convenient and comfortable, it has been collected, and I will come next time!

Let me start with my first impression upon entering the room. The hotel environment was clean and elegant, giving a sense of spaciousness. The facilities were comprehensive, and there was even an air purifier – great for your skin when sleeping with it on. The bedding also looked brand new, which was a nice touch. In the bathroom, the shower had excellent water pressure, and hot water came out instantly! It was such a comfortable shower. The room's soundproofing was also good. It was very clean, well-ventilated, and had plenty of sunlight. There's a large, super comfy and soft sofa, perfect for lounging. There's also a small table for convenient work, ample lighting, and fast internet. The room has a small wardrobe, which was very handy for hanging clothes. The washing machine and dryer are on the 7th floor, and the hotel even offers laundry and drying services, which is truly excellent. Overall, a great experience! The lobby was also beautiful and spacious, clean and elegant, with very enthusiastic staff who were knowledgeable about the surrounding area. It's very close to the pedestrian street, which was fun to explore. Parking at the hotel was convenient. The breakfast was quite delicious, and the service was great, with staff even explaining the different options! In the afternoon, the lobby offered complimentary fruits, snacks, and cold drinks. In the room, there were even eye masks, razors, and earplugs! The lobby also had many other amenities. This was the first time I've stayed somewhere so comfortable on a business trip!

Originally booked a double bed room for 288 yuan for two nights, but when I checked in, I said that it was on the road and the parking lot behind would be quieter. I asked if I had upgraded a quiet double bed room. The front desk suggested that I change to a twin room and rebook a room for 317 yuan. I went to the sixth floor and found that 6012 was a big bed room by the parking lot. This made me depressed. In this small place, it is not a peak season, there is no upgrade, there is a big bed empty room by the back parking lot, and I am asked to make up the difference to live. And the first night I found that the bath was dirty, and I remembered the experience of staying. I didn't find the front desk to change it. The weather is hot, there is not enough water to drink, but the room is not enough paper, when asked to supplement, the waiter brought the paper is a bulk stack, there is no outer packaging, the sink faucet opened the sink drain hole is washed to cover, I have to use a disposable chopstick to help uncover the drainage. I live in Room 6012... This time I chose the hotel mainly because it is under Dongcheng. Although it is a small hotel, I can't ask for too much, but this stay experience is really bad.

Location is near to train and bus station. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful, even so kindly offer us a free ride to the nearest bus station. However, we did not enjoy the stay because the hotel is filled with cigatette smell all the time. Besides, the cleanliness has much to improved.. Both my pillows have stain on the pillow sheet.

The location is irreplaceable, you can walk to the nearby Pengtai Shopping Mall, there are many food and beverage shops near the shopping mall, and it is super convenient to travel. The room is clean and quiet, the hardware is fully equipped, the bathroom is dry and wet, and the living comfort is full. The service is thoughtful and meticulous, the staff is gentle, and the demand is responsive. Next time you come to Rongxian, you will still choose to stay.

The hotel has convenient underground parking. The room is big enough and the bed is OK. The room is very quiet and the air conditioning is very strong, so it is very quiet when sleeping at night. There are many shops for eating downstairs and a large supermarket for shopping. It is within walking distance of Rongzhou Ancient City. The breakfast is average. You have to boil the soup noodles yourself. The eggs are served very slowly and you have to wait after you finish eating. There is only one staff member in the breakfast room, and some of the plates for food are not disinfected and are still wet.

Five-star praise! The overall experience of the Vienna Hotel is superb, the European style of the lobby is clean and elegant, and the faint fragrance is very comfortable. The check-in speed at the front desk was fast and the staff was gentle and caring. The room was spotless, the mattress was soft and soundproofed, and I slept peacefully. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, hot water is sufficient, and WiFi is smooth. The breakfast buffet is rich in variety, the taste is online, the parking downstairs is convenient, the price is full, the first choice for business trips, and I will stay here next time!

We book several rooms, few rooms had smoke smell, i think hotel needs to seriously consider to implement no smoking policy that they claim. However, other than the smoke smell, overall the hotel is alright, just i feel the staff are not as good as other JI hotels. Hotel is new and clean (except the smell).
