Let me start with my first impression upon entering the room. The hotel environment was clean and elegant, giving a sense of spaciousness. The facilities were comprehensive, and there was even an air purifier – great for your skin when sleeping with it on. The bedding also looked brand new, which was a nice touch. In the bathroom, the shower had excellent water pressure, and hot water came out instantly! It was such a comfortable shower. The room's soundproofing was also good. It was very clean, well-ventilated, and had plenty of sunlight. There's a large, super comfy and soft sofa, perfect for lounging. There's also a small table for convenient work, ample lighting, and fast internet. The room has a small wardrobe, which was very handy for hanging clothes. The washing machine and dryer are on the 7th floor, and the hotel even offers laundry and drying services, which is truly excellent. Overall, a great experience! The lobby was also beautiful and spacious, clean and elegant, with very enthusiastic staff who were knowledgeable about the surrounding area. It's very close to the pedestrian street, which was fun to explore. Parking at the hotel was convenient. The breakfast was quite delicious, and the service was great, with staff even explaining the different options! In the afternoon, the lobby offered complimentary fruits, snacks, and cold drinks. In the room, there were even eye masks, razors, and earplugs! The lobby also had many other amenities. This was the first time I've stayed somewhere so comfortable on a business trip!

The hotel is strategically located, with Merrill Commercial Street, Cross Street and many foods around. The hotel's breakfast is rich in variety, both Chinese and Western. The room was clean and quiet, and the wet and dry separation design was very good. There is its own parking lot, you can park on the first floor, you can also park on the second floor, and there is a corridor directly to the hotel, even if it rains, you are not afraid. I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was surprisingly spacious and spotless, which made it feel very comfortable and relaxing. The overall service was excellent, and every staff member I interacted with was polite and attentive. The front desk team, in particular, was friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was also a highlight—there was a good variety of food, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. It was a great way to start the day. The hotel has convenient underground parking. The room is big enough and the bed is OK. The room is very quiet and the air conditioning is very strong, so it is very quiet when sleeping at night. There are many shops for eating downstairs and a large supermarket for shopping. It is within walking distance of Rongzhou Ancient City. The breakfast is average. You have to boil the soup noodles yourself. The eggs are served very slowly and you have to wait after you finish eating. There is only one staff member in the breakfast room, and some of the plates for food are not disinfected and are still wet.

Originally booked a double bed room for 288 yuan for two nights, but when I checked in, I said that it was on the road and the parking lot behind would be quieter. I asked if I had upgraded a quiet double bed room. The front desk suggested that I change to a twin room and rebook a room for 317 yuan. I went to the sixth floor and found that 6012 was a big bed room by the parking lot. This made me depressed. In this small place, it is not a peak season, there is no upgrade, there is a big bed empty room by the back parking lot, and I am asked to make up the difference to live. And the first night I found that the bath was dirty, and I remembered the experience of staying. I didn't find the front desk to change it. The weather is hot, there is not enough water to drink, but the room is not enough paper, when asked to supplement, the waiter brought the paper is a bulk stack, there is no outer packaging, the sink faucet opened the sink drain hole is washed to cover, I have to use a disposable chopstick to help uncover the drainage. I live in Room 6012... This time I chose the hotel mainly because it is under Dongcheng. Although it is a small hotel, I can't ask for too much, but this stay experience is really bad.

Facilities: The bed was quite soft and comfortable, and the air conditioning was very cool. Cleanliness: The room was very clean. I requested a non-smoking room when booking, and the front desk confirmed this upon check-in. However, there was a slight odor of cigarette smoke upon entering the room. Environment: The hotel is nice and conveniently located. There's a supermarket downstairs, and there's also a commercial street with milk tea shops. It's also not far from the county center. Service: They thoughtfully upgraded my room type, and it was a very comfortable stay. Overall: Breakfast was included in my booking, but the variety was a bit limited. Rong County, as a hometown of overseas Chinese, isn't a popular tourist destination, but it does attract many tourists. During breakfast, I heard other guests mentioning the lack of coffee and a limited selection. Although there was food on the table, the breakfast selection was indeed a bit limited compared to similar hotels. I hope they'll improve it next time I visit. We came to this city for our Southern China tour and booked this hotel. It is next to the wet market, plenty of street hawkers and food stalls come with great offering in the late evening. The night market is about 2 streets away and walkable on foot. However, the public bus stop leading to train station is a bit far on foot from this hotel. Thank to the hotel receptionist who is very kind to call transportation for us using the e-hailing apps. We have visit the Lushan Park (Deer Mountain) and cave (pictures) from here.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The lobby had a delightful tea fragrance, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the service was incredibly responsive. Plus, the breakfast spread was fantastic. Definitely worth revisiting multiple times!
