HHaluogaiteanlushanThe front desk service is good, the hotel room facilities are OK, there are not a few paper in the tissue box, the shower water will get the wetland noodles, the coffee is not easy to use, after a cup, the next cup will malfunction. There is a small balcony that is beautiful. The hotel does not have a parking lot. Parking has to be parked in the public area. It is far away. It is not recommended to travel by car. We have been looking for a parking lot for a long time.

GGuest UserGreat location, right in the centre of Malaga. Obviously with the hotel only open a week, everything was clean & new. Rooms spacious, comfortable, with all mod comms. Rooftop pool & bar area was lovely & well fitted out with seats tables & loungers. Service was slow but hopefully will improve with time & experience.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is quite good. It is very convenient to go to the observation deck, the Colosseum, and the Picasso Museum. The Pompidou Art Museum is also across the road. The street view is quite lively. The hotel's health management is too poor. There is a large stain on the quilt. The hotel does not pay attention to it. Just take a sheet. Also served

There are many bus stops nearby, making it easy to get to attractions or the old town! A wide variety of supermarkets and restaurants are also nearby, perfect for satisfying your cravings! AAnonymous UserIt really exceeded my expectations. The room was very spacious, and toothbrushes were already thoughtfully provided, so I didn't even need to ask the front desk. The complimentary bottled water was a premium brand. The only minor drawbacks were the slightly small rooftop and a rather tiny pool, which was primarily suitable for lounging and sunbathing.

GGuest UserEverything at the hotel was great, especially the staff, who were warm and friendly and remembered guests' names, making us feel right at home. The restaurant was also excellent; both the food and service were a plus. It's not far from the old town (except for the churches and castles, of course), but the old town isn't worth exploring (old towns in Spain are all the same). It's better to spend your time at the hotel; the beach is just across the street, and the street has a similar feel to the Promenade des Anglais in Nice, France.

AANDREAI stayed at the AC Hotel Malaga Palacio and, overall, the experience was pleasant.
The rooms are clean and well-organized, and the service provided by the staff was always courteous and attentive. A particularly positive note is the breakfast served on the second floor: excellent quality, a wide selection, and a truly pleasant atmosphere. However, in my opinion, the hotel is in need of a general renovation. The spaces, while functional, are showing signs of age and could benefit from a restyling that would make them more contemporary and comfortable. I believe that with a targeted intervention, this property could fully express its potential and offer an even higher level of hospitality.

MMaximilianoFor a 4 star hotel, it needs a lot of improvement. There were many flaws in the room. Room 337 had the toilet flush button stuck, the hotel heating was off, and they told us it was not possible to turn it on because it was in summer mode. I went on March 1st. It was the middle of winter. At breakfast on the first day, the scrambled eggs tasted bad. I called them and they had to remove them. Not leaving even a bottle of water in the room is also bad. And it's not because I didn't pay for it. The service was lacking in details. I wouldn't go back.

There are also many shortcomings. They work very short hours. They need to contact the hotel to check in online if they check in a little later. It is a bit tortuous. Although it was successful in the end, I read a lot of comments and said this problem! That should not be my problem alone. The location is not in the city center. It is a bit biased. It takes about 30 minutes to walk or bus to major attractions, but the taxi is not expensive. It takes 10 minutes to go to many places. Go to the nearby supermarket and find that the house is a bit broken near the downstairs. Looks clean but a bit stinky! Can't store luggage either!
