The front desk service is good, the hotel room facilities are OK, there are not a few paper in the tissue box, the shower water will get the wetland noodles, the coffee is not easy to use, after a cup, the next cup will malfunction. There is a small balcony that is beautiful. The hotel does not have a parking lot. Parking has to be parked in the public area. It is far away. It is not recommended to travel by car. We have been looking for a parking lot for a long time.

Guest UserGreat location, right in the centre of Malaga. Obviously with the hotel only open a week, everything was clean & new. Rooms spacious, comfortable, with all mod comms. Rooftop pool & bar area was lovely & well fitted out with seats tables & loungers. Service was slow but hopefully will improve with time & experience.

The location is very good, in the old town center of Malaga. I recommend the nearby Central Market, which is very convenient for shopping and eating. The shopping mall and Picasso Museum are very close, and there is also a Chinese restaurant

The hotel staff was warm and friendly and took the initiative to help. The room has a balcony and is quiet. The room has risen by more than 10% due to the exchange rate change (pay in euros at the store), Trip.com did not lock the room.

Arthur C W TsangRoom is large. Have small bar and have a long arm sofa. Bathroom size is not small. It has a separate bath tub and shower room. Bed is comfortable and air conditioning is good, especially in Spain. It's critical. The location is good. We just walk from the Train Station with 15 minutes. Also it is not far away from the old town where there are many restaurants and shops over there.

The hotel has a fantastic location! It's right next to the train and bus stations, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing! There are many bus stops nearby, making it easy to get to attractions or the old town! A wide variety of supermarkets and restaurants are also nearby, perfect for satisfying your cravings! Highly recommended!

Anonymous UserIt really exceeded my expectations. The room was very spacious, and toothbrushes were already thoughtfully provided, so I didn't even need to ask the front desk. The complimentary bottled water was a premium brand. The only minor drawbacks were the slightly small rooftop and a rather tiny pool, which was primarily suitable for lounging and sunbathing.

Everything at the hotel was great, especially the staff, who were warm and friendly and remembered guests' names, making us feel right at home. The restaurant was also excellent; both the food and service were a plus. It's not far from the old town (except for the churches and castles, of course), but the old town isn't worth exploring (old towns in Spain are all the same). It's better to spend your time at the hotel; the beach is just across the street, and the street has a similar feel to the Promenade des Anglais in Nice, France.

For a 4 star hotel, it needs a lot of improvement. There were many flaws in the room. Room 337 had the toilet flush button stuck, the hotel heating was off, and they told us it was not possible to turn it on because it was in summer mode. I went on March 1st. It was the middle of winter. At breakfast on the first day, the scrambled eggs tasted bad. I called them and they had to remove them. Not leaving even a bottle of water in the room is also bad. And it's not because I didn't pay for it. The service was lacking in details. I wouldn't go back.
