The room was clean and soundproofed. The design style is a style I like very much. Photos are especially made. Maybe the Christmas season, the price is really a bit high.
Breakfast is not bad, hot food can be ordered. 19 euros a person.
The young lady at the front desk was very good in English, and patiently explained the city map and surrounding attractions to me. Also gave a discount card for the British Palace Mall.
The kettle is not very clean, and then the next day, I will not add anything to the water.
The NH Valencia Las Artes hotel is ideally situated close to the Joaquín Sorolla Station and is a 13km bus or car ride from Valencia Airport. It's very convenient to get to the bus from the train station. When you get to the door, you go to the wrong place😣 Facing the hotel, there is a 4-star hotel on the left and another 3-star hotel on the right. It's very convenient to eat and drink nearby, and it's also close to shopping malls, including Carrefour. Buses to the beach or the city center are very convenient and direct. It is recommended to buy a bus card in the subway (5 euros for ten times, available in English, easy to operate if you can understand it). The front desk service is very good. Our room is next to the elevator and it is not noisy. The room is clean and tidy. The bed and pillows are comfortable. If you have a bed, you can ventilate it first. The central air conditioner is not noisy. There is a charge for small refrigerators! The average price is 4 euros which is super expensive. Just walk a few steps to the supermarket or go downstairs to the bar.
The 3-star Nh Ciudad De Valencia Hotel offers comfort and convenience whether you're on business or holiday in Valencia. The property features a wide range of facilities to make your stay a pleasant experience. Free Wi-Fi in all rooms, wheelchair accessible, 24-hour front desk, facilities for disabled guests, luggage storage are just some of the facilities on offer. Guestrooms are fitted with all the amenities you need for a good night's sleep. In some of the rooms, guests can find television LCD/plasma screen, bathroom phone, towels, closet, wooden/parqueted flooring. The hotel offers various recreational opportunities. There are Chinese people at the counter service, see their Chinese, not only did not warmly receive, but it seemed to look down on the Chinese, not friendly, This service attitude is not appropriate now, the room is very thin, the parking lot is charged, and the door cannot be opened, it is very inconvenient to enter and exit!

Hmmm such a strange hotel because on one side you have lovely big rooms, nice big open reception, the hotel is in great location But on the other hand Most (not all) of The reception staff do not seem happy so when you ask them for something you feel like a burden. We couldnt check in until 4pm so at 4pm the reception is full of people queuing, I emailed ahead to ask for early check in - there was no way that not one room was available. I didnt even get a reply. I then left some clothes in the spa changing rooms by accident & the next day realised & the reception staff had 0 interest in helping me find them. ‘We dont have them’ is all I got. We booked the hotel because it had a rooftop pool but then there was a roof over the top ‘because they were expecting rain’ when it was a gloriously sunny day. Fortunately someone else complained & they took the roof off. The rooftop bar wasnt open either. Room service isnt 24 hours (not the end of the world)

The great experience started at the time we stepped in through the door; We had an early flight so we have to wait our room some time. During that, hotel offered some Cava and other refreshments. Same great treatment continued the rest of our one week visit. The staff is absolutely pro and the Hotel is one of the best we have visited, very clean and quiet and the breakfast is best in town. Location is very good, and if you needed a taxi, the guys in the lobby were handling it over. Very strong recommendation.

Sadly my 5-day break has come to an end. This has been a wonderful experience, even though my first time back since my husband's passing, so it was tough! The staff (on the whole) were incredible, in particular ”old time waiter” Daniel who excelled at breakfast and had a constant smile in his face. He greeted everyone in the same, kind, friendly manner and service was brilliant. The General Manager, Carlos Boga, (of whom all the staff spoke so very highly) seemed to be everywhere, organising last minute conference requests and seeing to personal guests and ”famous faces” too. The Reception staff were very helpful as were the Customer Service Representatives both on my arrival and departure. I had been very reluctant to come alone but the staff made it a very easy and relaxing experience. I will not be so apprehensive when I return: in fact, I positively look forward to it, hopefully with family in tow!

Our flight landed at 0035am, so we needed to get a taxi from the Airport to the hotel, which took about 25-30 minutes and cost €33. We hailed a taxi outside the hotel at 8am to get from the Hotel to the Airport at the end of the trip, but it only cost €21. Check in was very easy. The room was of a very good standard, with a great bathroom, comfy bed, plenty of wardrobe space and a decent tv. There was a minibar fridge. Whilst we didn’t consume anything, we used the fridge to refrigerator food items such as cheese and salami. There is a German chain supermarket beginning with ‘L’ 10 minutes walk away and a supermarket in the nearby shopping centre which is in the direction of the ‘Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias’. The location of the hotel is excellent, with a brilliant bus 19 service: The bus stop literally outside the hotel is called Menorca Franca, and goes to the city centre and takes about 15 minutes. Their is a stop outside the main train station ‘Estació del Nord’ in the city centre but just to the left a bit (left if you are looking out from the station) where the bus to go back from the city centre to the hotel starts (they usually have their hazard lights on indicating they are at the starting stop). The bus stop opposite the hotel on the other side of the road is called Menorca Balears and takes you to the beach. A bus back to the hotel from the beach area can be found on street ‘Carrer De La Reina’. Just remember if you walk outside the hotel past the hotel reception - the bus right goes to the city centre, the bus left goes to the beach. All bus single tickets cost €1.50 and drivers gave me change from €5 notes. Tips for eating: there is a brilliant pizza restaurant near the hotel ‘Regina Di Napoli’. There is also a very good restaurant that offered a set menu starter + paella + small desert + beer or soft drink for €16.50 ‘El Generalife’ on Carrer De Navellos’. Would stay at this hotel again.

Breakfast is very good, especially the hot quiche, the location of the hotel is relatively biased, to go to the city center is still a little distance, the hotel facilities are relatively old, the corridor into the room is a bit like a hospital, the parking lot is a bit scary, To make a few bends and open two doors, the parking lot is also darker.
The Westin Valencia is ideally located in the city centre close to the historic center, the commercial area and the City of Arts and Science of Valencia. Our 135 elegant Art Deco style rooms and suites have a warm, relaxing atmosphere with plenty of natural light and some of them even feature private terraces with a Jacuzzi. Come relish in our rooms, relax at our spa enjoy our exquisite dining and let our lovely staff take care of you on your next vacation.

I have always had a good impression of WESTIN, but this time it was overturned, and the child decided not to live in this brand of hotel anymore. One is that the room is too simple, not like a five-star hotel at all, and the other is that there are cockroaches in the room, which is unbelievable.

GGuest UserUnexpectedly good, the room has a large terrace, the kids like it very much
Except for the old decoration and equipment, the TV is very old and very small, and the furniture in the room is also full of age
But the room is large, which is satisfactory
In addition, the breakfast is also good
BBenten218The hotel is conveniently located just outside the old town, approximately a 20-minute walk from the central market. The property features newly renovated interiors with a chic design. Check-in was smooth, even at 10pm.
The room, while not large, is adequately spacious for two people and equipped with all necessary amenities. Rooms are arranged around an interior courtyard, which can trap noises like an echo chamber. However, during my stay, guests generally returned to their rooms by midnight, so noise was minimal and did not disrupt my sleep.
GGuest UserMy adult son and I travelled to Valencia from Benidorm by bus to go to the burning of the Fallas 'La Crema'. The hotel was great for the bud station as it's next door and there's a taxi rank outside, as well as a huge shopping mall with an El Corte Inglés opposite. However during La Crema, roads into the city centre are all closed so we had to walk everywhere and by the end of the Two days we were absolutely done in. It's a hood half hour walk across the old river bed to get into the main city. If I ever went to the fallas again I'd stay in the centre for sure. However the Turia itself is decent - great bathroom with soap and shampoo and a little balcony. Biggest issue for me was no kettle - I was dying for a cuppa in room! But aside from that it was clean and comfortable! Valencia is a beautiful city and if you are there outside of the Fallas fiesta it's s great location as we would have jumped in a taxi to town.
Rrosycheeks1306Beautiful hotel in perfect surroundings right off the plaza de la Reina in the old town. Very accessible by metro, bus, taxi and on foot. For being so close to the plaza de la Reina the hotel was very peaceful - the rooftop terrace was very quaint and also quiet for enjoying breakfast in the morning over looking the domes of the cathedral and the basilica. The staff were most helpful and friendly - very welcoming. The hotel roof top pool was a little smaller than we imagined from the pictures but was still very pleasant in the hot weather to cool off. The breakfast was so fresh and a good selection of bits to set you up for the day. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Valencia. Thank you all for wonderful stay and my birthday gifts!!
GGipameruThe view from the room is unbeatable and we were not even on the highest floors. We didn’t book with breakfast, because food in Spain is so good that we’re used to find places nearby to hotels to eat. We regretted it as there aren’t many yummy options around, so my recommendation is to include the breakfast when you book, as it is more expensive on site. The buffet is simple, but good.
EENQThe hotel is big and old.
The price/performance ratio is not high.
The bus is very close, and the subway entrance is far away.
There are not many restaurants nearby.
There is **** across the road, it feels very new.
GGuest UserThis hotel is so reasonably priced, and actually in a perfect location too get too all the main things too see in Valencia.
Though it is 30 minutes from the beach, they give you a towel for free, around being paid for prior and refunded after, and it is a good walk too experience the cities culture and marina on the way.
It is only 15 minutes too walk too the incredible Arts and Science Arichectural Area, and likewise too the staggering parts of the Old City.
Rooms are adequately comfortable, Bathroom was huge, and the safe free and large enough for even a notebook.Good too have a very chilled fridge, though no kettle as is most nowadays,
For those on a budget, there is a cheap supermarket across the road for all your needs, a good cheap bar and cafe right next door, large pizza chips and beer for 10 pounds perfect.
The breakfast choice is absolutely superb here, and there is a beautiful lady who runs it, shame i didnt catch her name but she was incredibly welcoming friendly and considerate, and an amazing way too help start your day.
WWanghuohuoCHWLWe took the bus to the hotel, it was very convenient, there was a supermarket next to it to buy things, go to the restaurant on the direction of Metro Line 7. The hotel is not big, the front desk service is warm, and the check-in is directly done in advance. There should be a room available. A total of 3 waiters were met. English was very smooth. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable and big, the pillow was uncomfortable 😔, the air conditioner was started for a while, it was very noisy. The TV location is particularly close, very close to the bed, and it is very uncomfortable to look up. The bathroom space is also very large, that is, the nozzle and the toilet flush are not too big. The hotel has a swimming pool, you can take a towel at the front desk, you need a shower cap, the water is very cold, and the two waves of foreigners have frozen away, haha. Very clean, there is a sauna room (to make an appointment at the front desk before use, it should be preheated). The front desk temporarily bought a drink, 2 euros a can, not too expensive in comparison. The refrigerator in the room can be used, and there is a bottle of mineral water.
GGuest UserExpress hotel standard. The location is not easy to find. It is upstairs in the shopping mall. There is a small staircase from the third floor of the shopping mall that leads directly to the hotel platform. If you arrive late, the mall is closed or you have large luggage, you need to enter from a dedicated hotel lobby outside the shopping mall. A dedicated elevator can reach the hotel floor. There is no big sign on the outside of the lobby, so it is easy to miss. There are two hotels after going up to the hotel floor. The one on the left is the No. 3 Express Hotel Standard. On the right is Hotel No. 4, which is slightly higher grade. The breakfast at the hotel is okay, it's basically cold food, and the hot ones include bacon, hash browns, scrambled eggs and coffee. The hotel is very close to the Science City, a 5-minute walk away, and 2.5 kilometers from the beach. Overall, the price/performance ratio is okay.
MMarc GaldonFerrerThe hotel Cosy Rooms Bolseria is hidden in a one way alley in a central location in Valencia. If you don’t pay attention you may actually miss it.
The reception is very welcoming, with vintage furniture and wooden beams showcasing a traditional style of old buildings in Valencia.
Room is small but clean, with red brick wall and a simple toilet but fully equipped: clean towels, shampoo, body gel, body lotion, hair dryer, etcetera.
The highlight is definitely the jacuzzi at the rooftop. When we arrived, we were a bit disappointed at first, since it was covered, however we kindly asked the staff who helped us to remove the protective cover and to turn the jacuzzi on. We enjoyed it alone overlooking the Valencia rooftops. Not the best view over the city skyline, but good enough to relax. The water in the jacuzzi was not warm, however given the summer heat it was good enough. Don’t expect any service at the rooftop though, so bring your own towels (or from the room) and drinks if you want to enjoy your time there.
