Nice place and relax with family , large parking yard and spacious rooms in your own home

Great place with a strategic location. The only downside was the breakfast menu, which didn't offer many choices for a 5-star hotel. The selection was limited, more like what you'd find at a 3 or 4-star hotel.

I definitely recommend Beston Hotel. What really impressed me was that the room came with a refrigerator – something even the best hotels I've stayed at in Palembang didn't offer! Overall, it's fantastic and the price is very reasonable. The food is delicious, the room is great, and the swimming pool is also excellent. I'd love to come back here again. The hotel is new, friendly people and staff. Located in the city many eateries are reachable by taxi. A small restaurant is next door

This is my 2nd stay. I like Batiqa's ambience so I booked again. Pros : + super good breakfast options. Main courses, local dishes (pempek/model), porridge, soup, cereal, noodle bar, egg bar, waffle, bread & cakes, salad bar, jamu & variety of drinks + mini gym with some good equipments for working out + sofa on the room + comfy beds with large pillows Cons : - the room is not soundproofed. Outside noises can be heard - when I entered the room, there is a certain smell which I don't know where it comes from

I stayed with my wife and 2 children (2 rooms) at the hotel. The hotel service seemed unprepared to handle the large number of guests. The breakfast room was very small and unable to accommodate guests, as well as the limited food options. We had to wait 15 minutes in front of the reception with other guests to get a seat for breakfast. Towels at the swimming pool were also unavailable. The parking area was quite spacious behind the building, but there was a lot of trash and construction debris. Otherwise, it was standard for a 4-star hotel.

Facilities: The hotel is quite old but very well-maintained. The elevator is still a small one. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, good value for money. Environment: Very convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Service: Decent, worth recommending.

Our stay was fantastic! The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around, and there are plenty of amenities nearby. The room was spotless, with great natural light and ventilation. All the facilities were in perfect working order, and the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a perfect night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm, efficient, and made both check-in and check-out a breeze. They were friendly and quick to respond to any requests. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. Overall, it's great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip.
