Relatively newer in structure and design. Love the layout of the Family Room. Love the friendly staffs from the front desk to the concierge. Their wide variety of breakfast is nice and delicious....Its my 2nd time staying there....Highly recommended

One of the best hotels to stay in Palembang. It's strategically located in the city center, nearby any amenities, public transport, and malls. We stayed during Christmas weekend, so it's quite crowded with many guests. The downside, we need to wait a little bit longer with only 2 hotel lifts during busy hours and we didn't manage to use the swimming pool. Other than that, the staff is friendly, breakfast is nice, and room is clean.

Facilities: Old hotel, not yet renovated. Cleanliness: The blankets are yellowed, probably because no bleach was used. Environment: Close to a shopping mall, convenient for shopping and dining, and relatively safe. Service: Very warm and polite.
