The location is very clean, comfortable bed, good attention and close to everything. All is very good but I thought it was very bad that in the shower the soaps you have are from soap boats for your hands! On the first night of check-in, I found hair and shoe prints on the sheets. The front desk phone was called for an hour and no one answered. 📍The location is really good, you’re btwn Angelopolis and Juan Pablo II 👩🏻💻in my experience the reception was not good, the girl in front desk was unfriendly, you need to do your own check in (scanning a QR) and the lady only give you the key card 🛏️room is very austere, not cozy, looks old; but the bed is comfortable  🚽🚿bathroom is big, has towels, soap 🧼 and shampoo. The hand wash basin has mold and the shower floor was wet  🅿️ Parking is ok but is not only for hotel guests, which makes you feel a bit insecure.
