Atour Hotels in Haikou

We had a wonderful stay at Atour Hotel Haikou Wanguo Metropolitan Qilou Old Street. Would like to commend both 万星 (manager) & 天顺 (assistant manager) for making us feel welcomed and going beyond to recommend and make reservations for our visit to the Museum. Kudos to the management staff for ensuring all the staff are well trained, they carry out their duties with enthusiasm & dedication. Even the aunty that cleans my room is so polite and cheerful and does her job with pride. I am amazed when I left my clothes in the washing machine and 2 hours later found it dried and neatly folded & packed in the laundry bag👍. We can feel the genuineness of the service that rivals most 5 star hotels. The amenities in the hotel is excellent and the hotel is new and well kept. I highly recommend this hotel.

The stay was very comfortable. It was very close to Xixiu Beach, just a 10-minute walk away. There was also a place to wash your feet with fresh water at the entrance of the hotel, which was very considerate! The service was also very good. After a day of playing, my pants were dirty and I was too lazy to wash them. The auntie was willing to help wash and dry them. Good reviews! There are not many places to eat around, so you have to take a taxi to go to places farther away, but the takeaways are quite complete, and it is very convenient to deliver them to the upstairs by robots

Good location, about 10 minutes walk from the duty-free city, about 10 minutes drive from the new harbor, the surrounding area is relatively empty and quiet, and there are plenty of parking spaces. The room was upgraded, and the duty-free discount coupons and coffee were given. The room size was OK, the bedding was comfortable, Xiaomiao and Zheng Qun had good service and patiently answered questions; when checking out, the other two ladies also provided water to drink on the road, which was more careful.

Atour light is a great hotel even though its not as big as other hotels. I like to praise the staff'for their positive, helpful attitude. I am satisfied with their service, especially a young man by the name of Yan Yee who goes beyond his duty to help with translation of english. Assist in booking our cab and assist especially with the mandarin address which we were clueless. Kudos to all the front line staff and ground staff who were very helpful even when they were busy. A young cheerful lady staff (did not get her name) was also very helpful too in helping us on our final day of checkout when we have difficulty with the didi booking App. We very much appreciated their fantastic service, the past few days of our stay here. Keep up the good job. Your management should be very proud to have such a great team. Our 4-nights stay here was made pleasant. The new Atour is located on a new road section. The surrounding area is still new. The merchants next to it are still in the investment promotion stage, and the house opposite has not been delivered yet. Fortunately, Didi conveniently solved most of the problems. This Atour experience is very satisfactory. The decoration maintains Atour's usual level. The lobby and the library are very attractive. The instructions for the elevator and the corridor are clear and not easy to get confused. Advantages: 1. The room is very comfortable. There are tissue boxes for bedding, pillows, bedside and washbasin, which is very convenient. There is a yoga mat, but I don’t have time to experience it. 2. The tea set is good and convenient for drinking tea. There are tea and coffee. There are 4 bottles of water and a Sprite in the room. 3. The laundry room and the gym are together. I experienced the drying service, which is very good. I can see on the screen in the room that there are several washing machines and dryers available. 4. The overall cleanliness and facilities of the room are satisfactory. 5. The price in the off-season is very cost-effective, but the Atour applet is more expensive than Ctrip, so I have to continue to support Ctrip. There are three shortcomings: 1. After arriving at the store, they said that the executive king-size room was not ready yet, so they gave me a balcony king-size room, which may not be a good choice: the balcony cannot be experienced on rainy days, and there is some water and dust accumulation on the balcony. There is a glass door to go out to the balcony, which is shared with the next room. If you are traveling alone or female, the balcony room is not recommended. 2. I forgot to bring hand cream, and I found that there was no hand cream in the Atour room when I arrived at the store; 3. The toilet is not a smart toilet. Haikou has been cold these days, and the toilet also reminds me of this.

The service of the hotel is really warm. Our family traveled to Haikou and stayed in the hotel. The lobby of the hotel is unique. The waiter is the characteristic of Hainan's Qiong Opera, and the style is particularly fresh and literary. There are two points that made me write a review. One is that at breakfast, because the family is old and young, the child is relatively young and can't sit still, so we take turns to eat. After the waiter in the restaurant saw it, he immediately came over enthusiastically to help me hold the child for us to eat. She also asked the kitchen to make exclusive small complementary foods for the child. Our family was very surprised to feel such a warm atmosphere in the hotel, which made our family eat happily and live comfortably. The breakfast was rich and delicious and there was no repetition for several days. Not only that, the lobby also set up a love water station for the takeaway, which is rare. It happened that the takeaway brother asked about the hotel's late-night porridge. The girl at the front desk enthusiastically invited the takeaway to eat (the weather in Haikou is a bit cold). It was considerate and warm. The room was also clean and tidy, which filled up our travels and started the second day's itinerary with vitality. It is really a treasure hotel. When Ouyi heard that we wanted to buy a pillow, he provided me with purchasing methods and discounts, which was great! facility: 1. Guest rooms that are both intelligent and comfortable. The room is simple and cozy, equipped with high-quality bedding (I personally tested the mattress to find it just the right hardness and softness, and all my fatigue disappears instantly when I lie down!), the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, and the smart toilet and induction lighting system are full of technology and provide a perfect experience. 2. Abundant public facilities. The hotel has a 24-hour gym and self-service laundry room, which are well-equipped and clean, especially suitable for business travelers; the book bar area is quiet and provides free borrowing services. You can read a book in your spare time and enjoy the atmosphere. Dining experience: The breakfast has a rich variety, with a reasonable combination of Chinese and Western styles. There are both Hainan specialty noodles and Western bread salads. The ingredients are fresh and the taste is online. Although we didn't dine at the hotel when we went to Dad's Tea, when we received the free coffee in the restaurant, we thought we could definitely choose to dine at the hotel next time. Atour Hotel perfectly combines oriental aesthetics with modern convenience. From environmentally friendly decoration (such as natural bamboo and wood fiber materials) to humanized service, all of them reflect the brand's emphasis on user experience. Entering the room, a fresh and pleasant smell hits you in the face, without any peculiar smell, which makes you relax instantly. Later I learned that the hotel has put a lot of effort into air purification and fragrance selection, which really touched me. The variety of breakfast is richer than you can imagine, with Chinese and Western food. The freshly made waffles are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, paired with fresh jam, and you will feel super satisfied after one bite; The shower experience is excellent, the water flow of the shower head is even, the water temperature is stable, and the water pressure is just right, washing away all the fatigue. And the toiletries are of high quality and pleasant fragrance. It is super quiet to sleep at night, there is no noise, and the sound insulation of the room is so good. I slept until dawn and was full of energy the next day. I will choose this hotel next time!
