Nice hotel , beautiful view and friendly people. Thank you to concierge 小林 for his help and attentive service , as well as to Chef in the restaurant on the first floor for delicious fruits compliment and kind lady in the restaurant for breakfast who allows to take it with us. We were glad and grateful.

The hotel was beautiful! We had a great view of the pool and the room was really clean. There was a path directly to the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful! If you want a quiet, relaxing place to stay, I definitely recommend this hotel.

Accompanying my children to Haikou to watch the Shituan concert, I accidentally booked 2 nights at Hongyantang Hotel, which is 35 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the stadium. There is a butler service, and I like Chen Huixin. After placing the order on Ctrip, I have never contacted the hotel actively. I received a call as soon as I landed in Haikou. The hotel carefully grasped our arrival time and room requirements and gave us free drinks❤️. The room is pretty good overall: the bedroom faces the swimming pool, but it is not noisy; the bathroom is large and well divided; there is a bed-making service, which is convenient after returning late. I was absolutely delighted with this hotel! The staff is simply amazing - so attentive, friendly and helpful that I felt at home. Despite the fact that the staff only spoke Chinese, this was not a problem at all: gestures, smiles and a sincere desire to help made communication easy and pleasant.
The service is top notch, and the breakfasts are delicious! I really hope that next time you come, both pools will be open - this would make the holiday even more perfect.
I would like to separately note the public beach - this is one of the best beaches in my life! Clean sand, clear water and well-kept territory. Although there are no lifeguards, this is even a plus: the beach is safe, without strong waves and dangerous currents, you can calmly enjoy the sea.
