Toilet floor could not drain water always water on floor left

Hotel located 5 minutes walk from Haifeng station. Walking distance from the arrival point of the limousine bus (van) from the old town of Hanoi called Hoang Long Express I used. However, it is a little difficult to find because the first floor is a parking lot and the front desk is on the second floor. There are many restaurants around the hotel and there is no problem with food. However, I walked around to hear people, but I couldn't find a currency exchanger... After all, I exchanged money at the front desk. The rate was not bad. It was a kind staff to arrange the Halon Bay tour. It was about 4000 yen per night, but the room was large and comfortable and I felt that it was a hotel above the price.

Very good, the front desk of the hotel understands English and Mandarin! Very enthusiastic to serve us

The environment, breakfast are average, there is a front desk (maybe the proprietress) who can speak Chinese
