We had a nice stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, clean and warm. Everything was within walking distance. Very nice location in the beautiful Motomachi district. The only thing that wasn't so good was that the rooms weren't cleaned if we stayed for less than four days. There were fresh towels every day, but the trash wasn't emptied. The internet rarely worked.

The hotel is very unique. It should be a B&B converted from an original large family residence. The front desk service is very enthusiastic. When our family arrived to check in, it was almost 12 o'clock in the morning. The front desk staff also carefully and enthusiastically introduced the room usage information to us. The room is also very large. It is very spacious for our family of four. I guess because it is close to Christmas, the room is not decorated with a small Christmas tree. The hotel is also in a good location. You can walk to Hakodate Morning Market, Benimori Market and Hakodate Mountain (the night view is really beautiful). It is a very good hotel and highly recommended.

The facilities are old, the room smells like urine, the wall is stained, the quilt is torn and has many stains. The only good thing about this hotel is that it is very close to Mt. Hakodate and the Kanemori Warehouse Group. If the weather is good, you can walk to the Mt. Hakodate Cable Car right away.

It's just a short distance to the left of Jujijie Station. You can easily walk to take the Hakodate Mountain Cable Car in this area. The service staff I met during my 2-day stay were all very friendly and kind. There is one in the lobby from 03:00 to 09:00 in the afternoon. Snacks and drinks are provided, which is really a great stay experience. If you want to go to the airport and the time is convenient, there is a Teisan bus (toward the airport) just a few intersections away.

Anyway, it's nice to be in a luxury hotel. I stayed for two nights, and after checking in, I walked to see the night view, and the next day I drove to the market in front of Hakodate Station and had a seafood bowl, then went to Goryokaku, and returned to the hotel around noon and walked around various places. I was able to sightsee at a leisurely pace and had a great time. My acquaintance also said he wanted to go to Hakodate, so I recommended this hotel to him!

I stayed here from August 3rd to August 4th. The room was larger and more spacious than I expected, which made me happy. Breakfast was served at a different restaurant. The food was served on a single plate and was delicious. I was very satisfied. This is a hotel I would like to come back to.

The hotel is located near the city center. It is very convenient for self-driving travel. There are many attractions within walking distance. The hotel staff is very kind. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again if I have the opportunity.

The counter service is good and the explanations are patient. The hotel is located very close to the Jinsen Red Brick Warehouse, LUCKY Little* Burger, and the Hangguan Mountain Cable Car Station.

Looking down from the 2nd floor, there should have been a restaurant, but it has been discontinued for some reason. For breakfast, you need to buy a coupon at the front desk and go to a family cafe. Hygiene: When you return from a trip, the snowy Hokkaido will always help you leave souvenirs on your shoes. So sometimes I deliberately observe: the hotel foyer will be cleaned at any time, and no water marks will be left. This is something that many star hotels in the itinerary did not do. Facilities: The room you live in has a large terrace, of course, it is forbidden to set foot on. But the store did not seal the doors and windows, but only left a message on the bed to dissuade. This alone was enough for me to experience respect and trust. Accordingly, I will also control myself and teach the children to abide by the rules. I believe that if I come to Hakodate next time, this restaurant will still be my best choice.

Can't help but give 5 stars. There was a ********* guy at the front desk who was very nice. I talked a lot with him about the history of Hakodate and Hokkaido. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the lobby is warm and decorated in a Western style, which is in line with Hakodate's tourism characteristics.
