Hot spring is awesome and staff is very friendly. Location is also very good, just 10 mins walk from naka gora station

Spacious room, polite and helpful staff. The beds were so comfy, we slept wonderfully. The location is a bit far from the Gora train station and cabs aren’t always easy to get in the area. The walk from the station to the hotel is up hill, but from the hotel to the station is downhill and very easy if you don’t have any mobility issues.

Nice place to stay, quite and authentic. We were there for one night in the middle of our japan trip, and it was a good choice to relax and chill.

Very good facilities and nice hotel

Large room. Lucky and was alone in the hot springs for 2 evenings in a row. You can walk from the ski lift station in 10-15 minutes. You can also do it with a suitcase, but it's a little more difficult. Breakfast is 2,200 yen per person. Dinner is 7,700 yen per person without a choice, so I didn't take it. The staff works great and is very friendly. Now about the downsides. The main downside is the hotel management, which ruins everything. They force employees to act according to the law of bureaucracy. We arrived at 2:30 pm and got the impression that we were persuading them to scan our passports and give us a questionnaire for check-in, because the staff kept saying that check-in was from 3 pm. I didn't try to get into the room before 3 pm, I just wanted to do all the formalities, which in fact took almost 20 minutes, because they ask a lot of questions when checking in. And at 3 pm there was already a line at the reception. After check-out, you can only leave your suitcase until 12 noon. This is the first time I've encountered this in Japan. The hotel is so empty that I don't understand what the problem is with leaving suitcases. At the reception they require you to leave the key when you go for a walk. Why? I have every right to carry the key with me. A big minus for the hotel management. I don't recommend it!

There is a stone staircase from the parking lot to the lobby, and the staff are friendly and courteous to help carry luggage to the room. Everything is good, but a reminder, the restaurant requires a reservation, and you must make a reservation in advance if you want to have dinner.

Everything is great😍, location, onsen, hospitality! The location is a leisurely 10-15 minutes from the monorail station. The hotel offers a return transfer. The room is convenient and comfortable! The hotel area is well-groomed, you can feel the work of generations!

The service attitude is very good and very clean! Although the transportation is inconvenient, the hotel has a scheduled pick-up and drop-off service for passengers!

I stayed 8 months pregnant. I made a reservation in a superior twin room, Later, when I called and told them that I was pregnant and had a 4-year-old child, and wanted more pillows and a futon for my child, they kindly agreed. On that day, my daughter was very happy to have a futon space made in the empty space of the room. In addition, they talked to me, gave me sweets, and explained about toys. Thank you for taking care of my daughter. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were nice, so I slept so well for the first time in a long time! ! My daughter's rice, but she didn't eat much because she doesn't like salad and meat. . .

It’s a bit far from the station, and it’s very inconvenient to drag suitcases. The hotel doesn’t pick them up, but there is delivery. The hotel is very small, and the hot spring pool is also small. There were no other customers on the day I went, otherwise I don’t know how to soak in such a small pool

The room is not big and there are steps on the toilet door. You have to be careful every time you enter or exit. It's inconvenient to take the stairs to go up to the 4th floor. The hotel's exterior is covered by renovations. The luggage can only be stored until 12 noon when checking out the next day. In fact, there are many hot spring hotels around, so there won't be a next time.
