The location is excellent, shopping and sightseeing are very close, and there are many delicious foods around. The receptionist is very enthusiastic, and there are people who can speak Chinese, which is great. The hotel breakfast is a set meal, and there are not many choices for us."

"ROUGH. the place is falling apart. it should be much cheaper for the quality of the building itself. definitely don't recommend for nice vacation vibes more. staff was friendly. they don't warn you that dark brown water comes out of the taps at first. found an earwig in the room. room was clean. the hallway is kinda scary vibes. there is a shuttle that was efficient, but the van is old and kinda filthy. it served its purpose."

"Our family of four really enjoyed staying at the Moxy Halifax. The hotel is fairly new and has a very cool vibe to it. The staff were friendly and service was top notch. We stayed in the room with 4 bunk beds and it came with 4 free drinks at the bar. The beds are spacious enough for my husband and I to share a bed. The amenities provided by the hotel were excellent. They have an amenities cabinet where you help yourself to toothbrushes, toothpastes, body lotion, sanitary pad extra towels etc. Highly recommended!"
