"Facilities were ok - has a pool though did not use. A lot of staff in training and not the most helpful. Some just rude. Example: I asked one woman at the front desk where I could leave my boots as I would be back in a month. You have to take them with you. But I cant - too much weight. You have to take them with you. Do you have a donation bin or clothes recycling? You have to take them with you. Is there no lost and found? You have to take them with you. And so on. Useless. Another girl did not know how to check me in the previous night. Her colleague was great but seemed to be the only one who knew how to use the system. Entered breakfast room. About 20 children running pell-mell around the room, all over the buffet etc. Girls hockey team? Minders all on their phones and paying no attention. No staff present, and no-one ensuring regular guests could get breakfast. Never mind the rudeness of the girls there should have been someone to advise the minders of their responsibilities. I gave up and went to the nearby Tims instead. Other guests were looking mystified and clearly wanted breakfast too.  The hotel is also near a race-course with very loud racing cars periodically zooming round the track.  My room also had blocked washtub plughole and bathroom sink plughole with someone else's hair. Ugh.  I will NOT be back. I would suggest you try the Hilton Garden Hotel instead - very nice. Shuttle stops there too. "

"The Room was clean, dated, but clean. The bed was very comfortable and coming from someone with several lifelong injuries, that's a ig deal. I actually was able to sleep decently. The food in the Hotel's restaurant was really good and the staff were friendly and efficient. My only problem was that there was a mouse that was roaming the dining area. The server apologized and tried to assure me that the hotel has pest control coming in weekly. While a good thing, it didn't give me immediate satisfaction. Used to be that a hotel would make compensation of some kind. Non was offered. But again, the food was terrific and reasonably priced given the location... but, the mice issue is a problem for me."
