We were assigned an older room that was in dire need of an upgrade. The peeling wallpaper, fraying tatami mat, and sinking mattress made for an uncomfortable stay. The breakfast was decent, but if you're staying for a few days, I suggest rotating your choices, as the offerings remained practically the same throughout our three-day stay. The happy hour at the lounge was crowded, yet it featured a good selection of alcohol, which was a nice perk. However, there isn’t much to explore in the vicinity of the hotel unless you are driving. For a more enjoyable experience, try booking one of the newly renovated rooms. Otherwise, it might be better to seek accommodation in a more centralized location.

The hotel is very close to train station and shopping area. The breakfast is okay not many choices, room is clean and the size is okay in Japanese standard. Overall, a hotel with reasonable price and comfortable stay.

I loved this place - directly across the street from May One, Entetsu, Act City, and the station, the location was great, and the service and facilities were impeccable for the price. I was going to a live show so I was looking for a hotel close to the station and found this one. They were able to leave my carry-on baggage even before check-in and I was able to rest in chairs in the lobby, which was a very helpful service for a live show on a rainy day.
