The hotel is located very near to a metro station making it convenient to travel within Hangzhou. The hotel is well maintained and clean, facilities within the room are also very new. The staff are friendly and helpful, and helped us to collect our online shopping packages. The room itself is very spacious and comfortable to live in. The only drawback is that there are only some limited dining nearby, and no places near the hotel to buy some groceries. Would also be great if there are washer and dryer in the room itself, as the washing area is quite congested.
Overall a very good hotel option for Hangzhou for the price range.

As a foreigner, it is somehow difficult to find a hotel in China because not all hotels can accept foreigners. Then I found this hotel. Initially I did not expect much due to the cheap price. But it turned out that this hotel is quite nice: good location, good service, frieldly and helpful hotel staff, clean room, delicious breakfast. These are like beyond the price and my expectation. I highly recommend this place.

The hotel is located very near to Zijingang Campus, Zhejiang University, just 5 minutes by walk. There is a food street near to the hotel where the tourists can eat from bakery to full meal. Hotel staff is nice and friendly. Nearest subway (Xialongwei) is also less than 1 km. Definitely worth checking out at an affordable price.

The room my precious daughter booked for me was really considerate. She said it was closer to Zhejiang University and she took a taxi after getting off the high-speed rail. The driver was also very enthusiastic. Hangzhou still gave people a good feeling. After arriving at the store, my baby girl ordered me some late-night snacks. Maybe it was for my old arms and legs. The waiter brought it to me, and it was still hot when it was served. There were also many people in the breakfast room in the morning. I left a little late today and wanted to ask my precious daughter to help me stay in an hourly room. My daughter said that the front desk could delay check-out because she didn’t know how to use a landline phone, so she ran downstairs and talked to the front desk comrade. The little *** guy was very nice and gave me a try. Hangzhou is still very humane, and I give a thumbs up to the staff of this hotel👍👍👍👍. The room is big and clean, the people are very nice, thank you. .

The hotel door is not big, the parking is convenient, the lobby is warm, the superior room is booked, the location is better, considering that we have an elderly person to stay, especially the room near the elevator, the details are in place. It's a bit worse than the Atour I've stayed at in my memory. The room is small, and the tea seat by the window is cumbersome and takes up space. The TV I was unlucky enough to get can't project the screen. The door handle of the toilet is also loose. Overall, it's quite cramped. of.
