I booked a family room and the room was very nice & spacious with 1 king bed and 1 single bed. The hotel is very generous with bottle water and all the staff at the receptionist are very kind and helpful. one of her is Grace 😍. Very pleasant experience to stay here, close to mrt station and many restaurant around. i will definitely come back here again when i visit hangzhou
