The first room the assigned to us was very dirty as if it was never cleaned. Smell of cigarette smoke was strong in the hallway and seeped into our room. Had to sleep with window open in freezing winter otherwise suffocated by the smoke. Next day we requested change of room which was slightly cleaner but the cigarette smoke was never resolved. Apparently there was no control and local guests were just smoking in their room and even lobby (staff did not say anything). Room cleaning was only to take our trash and housekeeping staff did not even clean the floor or bathroom until you asked her to do so. Please be careful when you book a room because they may assign you a room on 16/17 floor which requires climbing stairs (many guests complained about this).

If all you want is a bed to crash then this is fine and the location convenient. But if you think you might spend some time inside the room then I suggest choosing one of the many more expensive alternatives nearby where carpets and floors are clean and rooms don’t stink of stale cigarette smoke.

Hotel was in ok location, not so far from metro, walkable distance, but the perks is it's in the center of almost everything-walking distance. The lake view is splendid, and staff was lovely to allow me to check in early

Near the subway station, many restaurants nearby, large room, soft and comfortable bed, cleaned every day, changed towels every day. But booked a room with a lake view, actually stayed and got a room with a city view. The room has to go up a small staircase, not convenient for people with big luggage. The room is not soundproof, there is only one elevator, the bathroom has a slight musty smell.

Not far from the subway station, the location is good, the hygiene is average, there are hairs on the floor that were not cleaned up, but I forgot to take a photo. I don't know if it's the air conditioner or something else, it's buzzing, it's too noisy. I booked the 16th-17th floor, but when I arrived, I was given a room on the 4th floor, and the front desk didn't explain it clearly. I arrived after 10 o'clock, too tired, and too lazy to change. I didn't expect it to be so noisy. I hardly slept all night. Fortunately, I booked for one night.

The room was quite dusty, and the toilet was so small that the door couldn't be closed. The phone didn't work! The soundproofing was average, but it was quite convenient to go out. There was a subway not far away. The breakfast was OK.

The hotel is in a convenient location, near Wulinmen MRT station. The surrounding area is connected to Wulin squre, you can ride a bike. There is Heytea nearby and Hangzhou center mall. It is convenient to travel. I chose a family room that can sleep 4 people. But the hotel floor has a lot of cigarette smoke smell. It doesn't absorb the smell very well. The air conditioner is very loud. I didn't turn it on because it was cold. Overall, it's okay because the price is not expensive.
