Hanoi Quan Ba Dinh 4-star Hotels

We had an amazing stay at Wilque! The room was spotless, they also have a shared kitchen that is very helpful if you opt to prep your own food, there was was also a laundry area so you don't need to spend paying for extra outside, and a modern minimalist common sitting area. The receptionists were great and accomodating. Big shout out to Ms Ly for giving as a special card with our family photo at the lobby. Overall it was a great expereince and highly recommended for other travellers!

My partner and I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was not the experience we were hoping for. The hotel’s facilities are quite old and don’t match the pictures shown online. The gym, swimming pools, and private pools were especially disappointing – they felt neglected and depressing. The whole place is in desperate need of an upgrade. One of the scariest moments during our stay was when we returned to our room and found the door to the room next door unlocked. The balcony was open, and there was something under the blanket on the bed. We were understandably alarmed, so we reached out to the staff, who told us it was under repair. A heads-up about this beforehand would have been appreciated to avoid the unnecessary panic. The bellman was the only staff member we saw doing most of the work, and he looked extremely tired. We genuinely hope the hotel isn’t understaffed and that they’re taking care of their employees. When we reached out to reception about minor issues, like not being sure if the shower head worked, it seemed like he was the only one dealing with everything. It’s clear the staff is overworked, which made the whole experience feel less enjoyable. Additionally, the heater for the shower wasn’t very warm, which made taking a shower uncomfortable. It’s frustrating when basic amenities like this aren’t functioning properly, and it added to the overall disappointment. On a positive note, the food at the hotel was excellent. They offer a variety of options, including Japanese, Hong Kong cuisine, a huge slab of cheese, and delicious Vietnamese dishes. If you’re staying here, the food is definitely something to look forward to. The hotel is also located a bit outside of the city center, so if you prefer a quieter and less busy environment, that’s a plus. However, considering everything, I don’t think I would recommend this hotel, especially given the issues with the facilities, staff workload, and room conditions. There are definitely better options out there for the price.

The room is large and comfortable. The service staff is very nice and friendly. They will help to ask if there is anything I don’t want to eat during breakfast. The sound insulation effect is not very good. Everything else is great.

My overall experience was great. Rooms are very bright, new and spacious. Staffs in the property especially the front desk receptionists are always accommodating with inquiries and concerns. I will surely book with the property again.

Nice hotel with great facilities but best thing is the staff - helpful,friendly with good level of English. Will stay here again next time I am in Hanoi.

Overall good hotel, spacious and clean room, nice rooftop swimming pool, decent breakfast. If need to find a couple of remarks, those could be: - service at the pool can be improved. Timing itself is already strange (it opens at 9 when it’s already 35°C outside and closes at 18 when it’s not even dark yet). Furthermore, on my last day I arrived at 9.45 for a quick dip, and nobody had put yet the pillows on the chairs, opened the umbrellas, provided towels, etc. I had to do everything by myself even though a staff member saw me going to the pool. - breakfast gave me mixed feelings: it’s really good to have some fixed buffet items + some a la carte options (including egg station), but that quality is in contrast with having boulangerie items regularly 1 or 2 days old. Again, overall good experience, but some things can be improved.

Serviced apartment in an area quite far from the old quarter. Very good value for money if you need some peace and quiet and some space. Well serviced secure and great for families. Pool area looks good too but we didn’t use it as it was too cold.

The room is quite comfortable with all the basic amenities. It has a playground on the 3rd floor where you can sit and relax. The staff is friendly and helps with any problems you may have and I am very satisfied.

Grandiose Hotel & Spa is very hospitable. Breakfast at the restaurant 10th floor is also good. Staff are warm and helpful. My daughter was not feeling well when we arrived at the hotel but the reception, staff at the restaurant are very helpful to us and gave us medicine. They even delivered the medicine to our room after buying it from outside drug store. We won’t forget your hospitality. Thank you so much.

We stayed for our first night in Hanoi, are going to be traveling around Vietnam and then we'll stay @ the hotel again for our last night in Vietnam. Staying here really felt like a luxurious break, especially after traveling around different Hostels. We went out to eat at night and couldn't wait to come back to our room. 💚Pros: + Super friendly and caring hotel staff, San showed us places to sightsee and travel to + Clean room & bathroom, with a roombar and a kit for basic hygiene + A sports room, rooftop with a stunning view, a pool and a spa, where you could book treatments + Many great spots in walkable distance + The most comfortable hotel beds we've had in 3 weeks of traveling + Great buffet for breakfast 💔CONS - that we didn't stay more than one night - that we couldn't use the pool because of the cold weather, even though it was open and usable (we were just 2 scaredy-cats, afraid of the wind :-D) We're definitely looking forwards to spending our last night in Vietnam in this great hotel, meeting San and the hotel staff again - cause they were really the sweetest.
