Hanoi Quan Hoan Kiem 4-star Hotels

Very nice boutique hotel in the middle of the Old quarter near shops and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They really go out of their way to help you as needed. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Great air conditioning. Breakfast was very good and a lot of choices. It is buffet style and you can also order different foods like Pho, banana pancake, Vietnamese egg rolls and so much more.

This hotel is very central and very near Al Noor Mosque. It’s old but there are a lot of international tourists who booked them for their great service and good english speaking receptionists. For my last night in Hanoi, i booked 2 rooms and requested for very early check in. The male receptionist very kindly helped us accede to this request. They also helped with directions and speaking to the driver who was picking us up for an early morning flight the v next day. I also informed them about the room being dusty and they cleaned it up right away. Great service and i will not hesitate to book them in future should i ever come to Hanoi again.

We had a very enjoyable stay at La Sinfonia del Rey. The location was superb next to the Hoan Kiem lake right in the middle of the Old Quarter. All of the staff were extremely friendly and special mention to Rose who greeted us and remembered our names throughout our stay, and to give us recommendations on where to eat while we were in Hanoi. We also wanted to thank the manager who checked us in and had more food recommendations and for the lady who checked us out that gave our son a departing gift. Thank you for having us!

coming from Japan, Flight delay / Immigration, taste the real hell barely reached. The airport pick-up service is not well communicated, so even if it fails, It is difficult to understand the pronunciation on the wire. When we talked face-to-face, we barely talked box. (Late night time) The location is good. convenient to move. 1. Room air conditioner problem - Very serious: sweating while sleeping. Staff's rude attitude. Rejected when initially asked for a spare key. After that, you have to leave the fan in the room, insert the key, and return to the room temperature to be able to sleep. (I was surprised when I shared a different room than the friend I was with. My room isn't cool, so why is it so hot?) - It says ”emergency exit”, but I found out that the cleaning person's room: A cool breeze came out through the crack in the open door (I thought it was strange that the emergency exit was cool), and as I approached, I made eye contact with the cleaning person lying down. 2. Stop the elevator - Trapped. momentary chills. 3. The exploding breakfast room - Breakfast is normal to eat, but I couldn't eat it because there were no seats. - You need to get the timing right. (Almost full) - No ice, no drinks. However, it is not cheap compared to other hotels of the same category. However, the Manahan indoor swimming pool has a comparative advantage. The lodging chosen the next day was much better. I just thought it was because I was incompetent. *230718~20 (2 nights)

Great little boutique hotel. We upgraded to a Honeymoon room to have a bit more room and windows. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly- shout out to Mr Hoang and Miss Anne who were fabulous and their trainee who had little English but always a big smile on his face. We found it to be very clean and in a great location, everything was a short walk away- the lake, night market, prison and train and beer streets. They arranged our airport pick up for not much more than a taxi would have been. Breakfast included was pretty basic but I think adequate for the price. We were happy to have an egg cooked or some toast or sometimes go out to one of the many cafes for a traditional coffee and croissant as it’s so cheap. Definitely recommend.

This is a zero star hotel that calls itself a 4****.Forced to pay in cash.No Card was allowed. . There is No lift till 2nd floor and on 7th floor. No restaurant.Only dining room. Hotel Facilities and actual differ . No tumble dryer or bidet as promised. Room size was much smaller than the listing on both #Booking.com and #Agoda.com Paid for 3 days as per Booking.com rules.Stayed 2 hrs only because it was unbearable. Sheets were dirty Towels were torn and dirtier. We asked hotel to check us out within 2 hours.They agreed. Next day Booking.com informed us that WE CANCELLED OUR BOOKING. We did not cancel. Hotel did not want a bad review. We did not ask for a refund.Yet they cancelled us. Dont stay here. Not worth it.

The location is perfect for sightseeing in Hanoi, and you can go to the place where many stalls are open at night in a few minutes on foot. The room this time was on the top floor, but the elevator was only one floor below the top floor, so we had to take the stairs up to the first floor. I can't deny that the facilities are a little old, but I think it's necessary and sufficient for people other than those who want to have a leisurely hotel stay. The hotel has up to the 8th floor, but the number of rooms is small, so I was able to spend a quiet time without meeting other guests. On the other hand, there are few employees, and even if you try to go out early in the morning, it will be locked, so it is necessary to inform your schedule in advance. There is no problem because the correspondence is polite. In the plan with breakfast, we had to eat breakfast at a sister hotel a little away, but that hotel didn't seem to be very mature, so we were charged each time without being able to communicate. The list of dining customers was printed by a sister hotel, so it may be a personal problem for the receptionist at that hotel. There were some misunderstandings, but I think that it is perfect in terms of cost performance.

I've stayed at numerous hotels in Hanoi and Silk Queen kept my winning streak alive. Silk Queen is ideally located (Old Quarter), a walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, St. Joseph's and all the action. The room was large and well appointed (wonderful bath/shower), good food and best of all--a refreshing, roof-top pool. The staff was helpful and spoke English. A great stay in the heart of Hanoi...

This hotel was used for 4 nights and 5 days, but the room was always clean, the cooler was powerful and the breakfast buffet was very delicious. Especially beef pho was better than that of the famous restaurant outside, and the Vietnamese iced coffee every morning was as delicious as the cafe outside, and I am very satisfied. Also, on the last day of my trip, the flight to Japan was midnight, but it was very helpful to let me use the shower after checking out. The hotel staff were all kind (because I had to get on the plane while sweating) but Jenny and M were especially kind. Thank you for the wonderful experience! The hotel is in a good quiet area of Hanoi, short walk to the Hoan Kiem Lake Park and old town area. We had a suite (upgraded) which was very well furnished and clean. Used the rooftop pool as well which had good views across the city. Breakfast was had wide chose of food and great service. All staff were very helpful and very accommodating to our request. The concierge Kien Bell was extremely helpful assisting us with directions and ordering taxis on the local ”app”.
