The location is within walking distance to city centre and room is very cleaned. However, amenities not functional and need to be upgraded - there is here is no mirror near a power plug for the hair blower. The curtains are not blackout. The refrigerator is noisy and there is a pump equipment produced sound that a moving train when someone turn on the taps. Asking for a double bed, they give me 2 single bed joined together. The reception quickly gotten a replacement key when I lost it though. Definitely not returning to stay.

I had the best experience staying here. The staff , Jenni , Jimmy, and the rest really were helpful and genuine. The room was nice , clean Location is 10/10 Value for money , you won't beat it . Breakfast was included and very adequate. All in all , it's not 5 star but it was perfect for me.

The first room we were given was untidy and did not match the booking app pictures. The following morning I talked to the concierge and asked if that was the room we had booked as it was different to the pictures we had seen and they changed us to a very nice room on the top floor. The room had a kettle, flip flops, bathroom amenities. The staff were always extremely courteous. Breakfast buffet was very good and also the lady taking the breakfast hot meal orders was lovely.

Arrived at night after a flight, having paid fully over a month beforehand to find hotel full. They tried sending us to 'the same' hotel up the road. We checked it and it looked shoddy and stunk of smoke. And we're not fussy. The receptionist just kept saying we can get a refund. Eventually, after i got cross, they moved us to a comparable hotel. Seemingly they double book ALL the time. So you get a great deal from well known booking sites but there won't be a room. Out of interest we enquired about an extra night in their sister hotel but they were full. On booking sites you could book. Oh, and the 3rd party booking site, Exp.. hasn't published my review and wasn't bothered.

Very Clean, Easy to locate and just 700m from the night market. Great location and absolute value for money. Also the staff can speak a bit of english so it really helps. We stayed in the family room which had 2 separate double beds.

Hôtel simple et très propre. Emplacement idéal au cœur du centre historique d’Hanoi. Service d’une qualité irréprochable (réservation de transferts, laverie, consigne à bagages). Petit déjeuner très bien inclus dans le prix de la nuitée. À recommander pour une découverte d’Hanoi à pied
