Great location and frienly staff, but very old and very dirty. good place for people who dream about Pullman Hotel. But nothing like Pullman as hotel is very dirty and full of bugs instead. BUT I can REALLY say that STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY in any ways. food is not that good compare with ones whose brands read accor. This time due to lack of Accor brands hotel in Hanoi, i had to stay in Pullman Hanoi But. nextime if i can catch another Accor brand hotel, i would not pick up this hotel.

Clean and comfortable room. Asked for high floors but didn't get it, service was good, friendly staff. Helpful reception.

Nice breakfast spread, clean room,friendly and awesome customer service staff. Really love Pullman. Their service don’t disappoint me at all. That is the kind of service that makes one want to return back to the hotel again for the next stay. Highly recommended.

Booked 2 rooms. Good breakfast. Not very central in Hanoi. Rented charter buses as the traffic outside is crazy. Initially they gave us old rooms. We requested for better rooms as the bed was faulty. They acceded to our requests. Bear in mind only rooms above 8th floor are renovated and new. There is an atm on the ground floor. Overall, considerably good service.

Hotel is slightly off from the Old Quarters, but this also means that you are going to avoid the jams and busy road honking throughout the day. This is my connecting booking after the cruise trip to HALONG Bay.
