The staff is friendly and show a fairly good hospitality. They are willing to open the door at mid night if you spontaneously wanna have night food.
The room I booked was not as same as the photos.
The location is 2 mins walking from it to Hanoi Big Church.

The location is great! You can literally just walk and explore the city with ease. The train street is only a 10-minute walk and the manager and staff are really nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
It got me really excited too cause it’s cheap for such room.

Amazing staff and location. Close to the St Joseph cathedral but put of the noise. A nice 10 min walk from old quarter and the lake. The room was perfect.

The staff here are so friendly and helpful. The bed is very comfortable and the room was clean. The location is very central to the old quarter but not too loud or busy

Got upgraded, so great big room with bathtub. Services 5 star the staff is polite and accommodating. location is perfect. The thing is just don't expect the quiet neighborhood. HAHA

This is a basic hotel, simple rooms, but safe and in a fantastic location. There are many cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby.
