Bespoke is a very good option in Hanoi. Although the room that was assigned to is is directly in front of train street so the coming of train and its horn can be heard at our room. The breakfast service is very good but limited option. Everyday they serve Special which can be bun cha, wanton noodles, pho etc. The room is cleaned on a daily basis but on our last day the bathrobe got taken out of our room without notice, we only noticed it when we were fixing our things. Also the last day, we got plenty of insect bites so might be the last bedding that was used for our room got bed bugs. But overall its great.

In hanoi old quarter. Room small. Breakfast got variety. We were served tea n snack on arrival and briefed on where to walk around on map. Excellent service by staff.

Service is top notch. The rooms have very nice design and clean. You even have the option to request a softer or firmer pillow. David has made sure we have a great time in Hanoi by helping us with going around Hanoi and with our Halong Bay tour Great time at this place. Will recommend.

Staff in all parts of the hotel showed impeccable attention to detail. Front desk/ concierge staff (big shoutout to David) recommended us tours and were very familiar with the itinerary, so much so that David prepared water bottles for us because a particular tour didn't include it. Everyone else always made it a point to check in with us and offer to help with anything or questions. The hotel and our room had everything we needed, and comfort was never far.

Amazing staff who were welcoming and incredibly helpful to get to know the area. The rooms were comfortable and clean. My friend and I enjoyed our time in Hanoi and look forward to going again soon!

Wow, where do I even begin?
I’m thoroughly impressed with this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a refreshing welcome drink and a delightful snack. The manager and front desk staff took the time to introduce some of Hanoi’s iconic sights and personally escorted me to my room.
Breakfast was a highlight, featuring exceptional service and delicious food. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating—I can’t thank them enough! They even went above and beyond to prepare breakfast for me on my early morning departure.
Rooms are wonderfully comfortable and impeccably clean. I loved how soft the bed and pillows were; there were times I didn’t want to leave my room at all. The thoughtful touches, like the welcoming card, were truly heartwarming.
Location couldn’t be better—just a short stroll from Train Street and the vibrant Old Quarter.
Honestly, you’ll be missing out if you don’t book your stay here. Huge thanks to the staff for their outstanding hospitality. I can’t wait to return!
