It's not bad. The owner and his family are very friendly. They didn't use the pick-up and drop-off service because the plane was delayed. The owner was also very polite and didn't say anything. The room is big, clean and close to the airport. There is a noodle shop next to it that is cheap and delicious, only 50,000
My stay here was absolutely fantastic, and I have to give a special shout-out to Fiona at the front desk! She was incredibly efficient and friendly during check-in, always greeting me with a warm smile that made me feel instantly comfortable. Fiona truly acted like a thoughtful personal concierge, proactively asking if I needed airport transfer, helping me book a suitable time, and even double-checking all the details. The room she arranged for me was also fantastic – spacious, clean, with great natural light, and complimentary beverages were provided. Every detail was meticulously looked after, from reminding me of the Wi-Fi password to explaining how to use the various amenities. This level of attentive service truly made a difference; all the exhaustion from my journey melted away thanks to her thoughtfulness. Fiona absolutely deserves a perfect score!
A good hotel for transit. We arrived late at night, the reception was open, they immediately offered to order a taxi for the morning. It was very convenient, because they couldn't call one from the airport for a long time. The room is quite clean, the plumbing works, the view is on the wall of the neighboring house, but for one night - not essential. The air conditioner blew strongly, it is difficult to regulate, or we did not figure it out. In general, everything is good. In the morning they fed us scrambled eggs with coffee. Thank you.
We came in late evening from Siem Reap and had to go to the airport for our connection first thing in the morning. I didn't want or need to go back into Hanoi, we just needed a clean quiet place to sleep. Had heard of these airport hotels and wanted to try it for fun. The Owners were very kind. It had 3 super twin beds and air conditioning. The room was absolutely spotless. They offered beers for sale for $.80. We got a great nights sleep. I the morning they served toast and a fried egg, bananas and coffee. Just fine for our needs and only $26. per night!!
Booked this hotel for ease of travel back to ho chi minh city after spending time in the north...Hotel is great , staff very helpful and made us feel welcome..Even at 11am on day we leave I confused time for breakfast but they still organise for us..Thanks heaps guys and will return in the future to stay here when stopover or returning to Saigon 😁👍🏻
The first time I went abroad for a short trip, I encountered a night flight. I was unfamiliar with the place, so I booked a capsule hotel at the airport. On the one hand, it was for convenience, and on the other hand, I was really curious.
After actually staying there, I was very discouraged. 1. There was no shower 2. I had to leave the room and walk a long way to go to the toilet in the middle of the night 3. The room was so small that I could only stay in bed.
Hotel’s located close to the airport. Room was okay. Bathroom was huge. The hotel resto is a big turn-off. Place seemed dirty, utensils and dishes seemed unwashed. We got diarrhea from eating their pho. The pho smell was too strong compared to other pho restaurants we’ve been at. They only serve four sets of breakfast options. The fried rice tasted fine.
The hotel is very close to the airport, which is convenient. We checked in around midnight (00:00) and the process was smooth. The reception area looked empty and just okay.
Our room was very clean, but unfortunately, it had a strong smell of cigarettes even though it was clearly marked as non-smoking, which was disappointing.
Breakfast was average but acceptable. Overall, it was a reasonable place to stay for one night near the airport, though the cigarette smell in the room needs to be addressed.
The hotel is very close to the airport. It's on the smaller side, but the cleanliness was generally decent. I chose it because I had an early morning flight the next day, which really helped cut down on travel time to the airport. The next morning, to avoid being overcharged by a taxi, I decided to walk to the terminal with my rolling luggage. It's just under a kilometer and took me about 20 minutes. If you're sensitive to the sun or prefer not to walk, you can easily use Grab or ask the front desk to arrange a taxi for you. The walk really is very short, though you might encounter drivers on the way offering you a ride.

AAndyDang99Location: Dien Xa Village. Just 15 mins walk along the way out from Airport Terminal 2, you will find the accommodation on your right. Be careful of traffic. Grab Car should be under 50k without surcharge of 9000 ₫ by entry (not sure about exit).
They provided a spacious room with large window. In general, there are rooms without window but this time I could stay in one with it.
Bathroom cleaness is good by VN standard. I found a weigh at the reception. Very equipped to stay before departure early or after arrival late.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the airport, suitable for friends flying early. In addition, the owner is very good. In the morning, we were late for the car we called by grab. The owner was very enthusiastic. He called for a taxi and told us the price. .

GGuest UserService is ok, the landscape is also chill, there is a swimming pool, but I go boating with a bath in the pool, I am allergic not due to the lake water or swimming pool water, but in general it is ok, cheap, good service quality, worth trying.
GGuest UserGreat value for money with excellent service. This place is very accommodating for Chinese guests. The owner was incredibly welcoming and attentive. They also provide airport transfers. Excellent, I'll definitely be back!
GGuest UserIt was an so so experience. Don’t expect much of the room and its location. Hotel didn’t bother with breakfast if you paid for it and have an early flight
旅旅好き40代I chose this hotel as I was traveling alone as a woman on a flight that arrived at 2am.
I considered another hotel within walking distance, but walking at 2am was scary, so I chose this hotel which I could reach by taxi for a low price.
The room was clean, but there was hair and dirt in the bathroom, and I wondered how long the amenities had been there.
There was a hair dryer in the dresser drawer, but when I turned it on it got hot and smoke came out, so I turned it off right away. The breaker tripped in the morning, and although it was a good thing that it wasn't that hot during that time of the year, the lights didn't come on and the elevators stopped working.
Considering the price and the late-night flight, I guess it couldn't be helped.
