Hanoi Quan Ba Dinh 3-star Hotels

The owner is very accommodating and the hotel is very new. The room is clean and spacious it is near lotte mart and other tourist attractions. You can also leave your luggage upon checkout while waiting for your next flight.

Room facilities, cleanliness, all equipment is new and easy to use, all equipment used is imported, and there is also a bathtub. The only drawback is that the counter is open 24 hours a day. I checked out at 5:00 and the room card can only be placed on the table on the first floor. It is recommended that the store set up a room card recycling item to avoid attribution of responsibility for loss. 

Clean, spacious, airy room, new furniture, fully equipped, enthusiastic and friendly staff, anyone looking for a home with a place to cook and chill in Hanoi, highly recommend 22 housing's home, I have stayed in almost all of them, always satisfied

When I stayed there, the building was undergoing renovation. The room was large, had a bathtub, and had all the amenities of a condo, including a washing machine, a bathtub, a TV that could watch YouTube and Netflix, and could connect to my phone. There was a microwave, a hood, a refrigerator, a stove, a kettle, and even a rice cooker. It was so cute.

The location is convenient. It's right in Japan Street. It's a few hundred meters away from Lotte Tower. There's a lot to eat and do. There's a traditional market nearby. It's cheap to buy groceries. The room is spacious and well-equipped with washing machine, dryer, kitchenware, and bathtub. It's a very comfortable stay.

Very friendly service from Henry at front desk and always seeking ways to recommend assistance for tours and transport. On arrival, our two rooms were not available and we were allocated a small family room for our 4 nights. As this was not what we had requested or paid for, we asked for our separate rooms to be assigned. Was informed that hotel was fully booked and this was only option.. In the end, we were offered a family room and deluxe room for night one, share a family room on night 2 and and then family and deluxe for last 2 nights. Rooms that were not available, seem to become available. Keep in mind there are 3 Queen Cafe Hotels in Hanoi and can be easily confused with booking taxis or tours. Bathroom was a good size.

Nice atmosphere, polite staff and good service. A bit noisy in the evenings, but overall the impressions are positive.

Don’t expect the standard hospitality when you stay. They would put the long term residents as their priority. Lack of communication, even I could said worst. On the check out date , I have been shouted by the staff, because the poor communication. I would avoid the type of property in the future.

Cheap hostel for short stays

We stayed here as a family of 4 in one of the apartments. The security guard does not speak English, which is not a problem because there's google translate. You get a key for the door, so you can enter whenever you want without needing anyone let you in. They have a small gym on the 2nd floor and the trash bin on 1st floor. They always give you more toilet paper or dish soap. The location is near Lotte Center. It's easy to use Grab if you go to Circle K (supermarket next to the street). It doesn't take long to go to old quarter or west lake. The apartment itself is spacious and has everything you need (except a washing machine, but there's laundry's near).
