The room is fantastic! Super comfy bed, nice shower, warm room and a lot of products! Room super clean, staff kind and friendly. They rent motorbikes at good price and exchange money also good rate. The breakfast has a lot of options for Vietnamese food only.

The room was exactly as same as in the photos and the bed was clean though the rolling chair and shelf were covered a little dust. Its helpful host has provided detergent for laundry. Even though there’s a bit smelly from the canal in toilet, the washroom was separated. Therefore, no smell in the bedroom and I gained a deeply well slept night.

The next day, I booked this hotel to catch the train to Ninh Binh Station. It's a 10-15 minute walk from Hanoi Station, making it a convenient location if you need to use the station. However, the area in front of the hotel is currently undergoing major construction, and while it's right on the street, it's easy to miss, so keep an eye out for it. It's an older motel, but the hot water was excellent. There's a market between the hotel and Hanoi Station, making it convenient for food and convenience stores.

Very beautiful hotel!And nice nd confortable rooms. Very good location if you want to see the train street. But a little far from the center. Nice people working there but not everytime there, not 24h/24h as written, it's better to contact them by WhatsApp or zalo than Trip itself. The breakfast is very simple but it's okay. I loved this hotel because very beautiful, we feel like home and I liked the location for me to work. Also I really liked my room. And people helped me a lot. So I recommend it, but don't wait here for answers, contact directly by WhatsApp for specific questions. 🤗

This is the first time I booked a hotel in Hanoi, the hotel's service quality really exceeded my expectations. Comfortable, clean, convenient transportation, enthusiastic and friendly staff, very cheap price. Rate 5☆ for the quality of this Hotel.

I arrived in Hanoi in the middle of the night. I communicated with the customer service and was very touched that the store was still waiting. The door-to-door service was very good. An uncle helped me carry my luggage because it was on the sixth floor and there was no elevator. I was very touched when I moved it up. The hygiene is average. If you put an orange on the bed stool, it will be full of ants. The weather is hot, and cockroaches will crawl out. The bed is very hard and the mattress is not enough. After sleeping for one night, I wake up with backache the next day.

Purtroppo non abbiamo avuto la camera prenotata al piano 2. Abbiamo dovuto portare i bagagli al piano 4 su una scala difficile. Avevo prenotato una camera con bagno privato, la prima notte abbiamo avuto una camera con bagno in comune, la nostra camera era occupata. La seconda notte, su nostra richiesta, ci è stata data una camera con bagno privato senza però pulirla e cambiare la biancheria da letto. Semplicemente cambiata la camera con un altro ospite Abbiamo segnalato che il cestino in bagno era pieno di carta igienica sporca, l'abbiamo svuotato noi e abbiamo chiesto di cambiare le lenzuola, non potevamo dormire sulle lenzuola degli altri. È stato mandato un operatore che ci ha messo un sacchetto di plastica nuovo nel cestino e ha cambiato le lenzuola. Non è stato pulito il bagno, non è stato pulito per terra , siamo rimasti soltanto perché avevamo un programma,era difficile cambiare il hotel. Personale gentile e disponibile.
