很乾凈舒適，房東大哥特別好，地理位置也特別好，門口就是地鐵，非常方便，附近大學城好吃的也特別多，在哈爾濱住的很滿意👍

房間好 特別好 就是十多個人一個大屋子 環境特別好 大點聲放個屁 隔壁不光能聽見 還能聞見 到了才發現 照片與實物不符是什麼感覺 一個是賣家秀 現實是買家秀 門都不敢使勁關 怕給隔壁屋裡人嚇到 進屋子之後就很清楚的聽見隔壁在吐槽： 你聽 又來了一個**。 呆了一個小時感覺特別熱鬧 周圍一圈 都有人在説話聊天 好像到了酒吧 有可能是因為我不習慣在外面和別人住一個屋 所以重新又訂了個酒店 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡 沒有照片 拿手機照相的勇氣都沒有

非常不方便的小區，大房子粗暴分割成狹小的房子，可以聽到別的房間的聲音，地板和衞生間不乾淨，衞生間的功能也不完整，門是壞的

房間雖然小。但是很暖和，冬天入住1402還有電熱油汀。貌似是一個四居室南北通透的户型隔出來的，還是可以的。今年哈爾濱旅遊熱，住宿這個價格已經很便宜了。距離地鐵很近。
