The room is nice and clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very close to Harbin railway station, only walking for 5-10 minutes. If you have the plan to visit another city by railway train, i highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Very near to station, for us who travel with train will be very convenient. However if plan to go central street may need to take taxi or grab car. Rooms are clean.

Nice and clean hotel, good location, 30 mins walking distance to central market or you may take public transport which is just next door. But front desk staffs need further improvement, some of them turned down faces when we have some small requests like getting extra room card and asking for help to get didi.

Great stay. Hotel is new and clean and has 2 sets of washer and dryer but be prepared to queue up for it especially if you’re using it at night.

we stayed relatively central and taking the DiDi to the tourist areas was easy. the room is spacious for our luggage, and the modern bathroom is comfortable and easy to use. we got this hotel because it’s very close to the train station. It’s so close that throughout the night, you do hear announcements from the train station. for those who are light sleepers, this may be an issue. but overall i still had a good stay.

I had a lovely time staying at Hanrei. It is clean, easily accessible to buses, subway and taxi. Short walk to Songhua River and most scenic spots as well as popular market places. I shall definitely stay at Hanrei again in my next visit!
