LIZZY • Ritz Hotel on Harbin Central Street

My travel companion and I loved our 5D4N hotel stay. The interior design is aesthetically pleasing in a classy way which elevates the experience. The hotel is very clean and well-managed by polite and helpful staff who assisted in different aspects of our stay, from enquiries, baggages and bookings to housekeeping and breakfast experience. What you see in the photos is what you get. Comfortable bed and pillows for a good night's sleep. Excellent location: A minute's walk from Zhongyang Street and right next to the famed Laochujia restaurant and several other eateries. No lack of food and shopping day or night if you stay in this hotel. For those who prefer a slower day, it's a short walk from Lizzy to Zhaolin Park.

It was a lovely hotel located in a very convenient area near Central Avenue. My partner requested a room with a bathtub, and it turned out to be a gorgeous room. The firmness of the bed was also comfortable. The decor was unified in a European style, and everything was wonderful, which made my partner very happy. The afternoon buffet was fantastic, with delicious fruits and cakes. Breakfast was also tasty. Although we didn’t pick up the welcome gift at the designated time, we were able to receive it at checkout. It was a lovely hotel that I would like to stay at again.

I extended my stay at Lizzy, special thanks to王嘉偉who reminded me that I actually needed to change and extend my stay for another night as I didn't notice I got mixed up with my dates, his attention to details on customer's bookings is very much appreciated, 嘉偉，a job well done! Also loved the little farewell gift from the hotel, very thoughtful of them. I definitely would recommend my friends and relatives to stay at this hotel if they visit Harbin. 😊

Pros:  Very helpful reception staff. Especially Yuyue and Jiaqi. It is not 100% certain that my spelling is correct since they do not speak English (along with the rest of the staff at this 5 star hotel in a city of more than 10 million people). Comfortable beds and decent pillows. Clean bathrooms. We had a free upgrade - see Cons! Cons: "Non-smoking" room is a joke. The guests DO smoke everywhere. There are a lot of fabrics used in the rooms for the decoration, and smoke penetrates them to a great extent. In order to find a room with decent air quality, we had to change our rooms twice. See Pros! There was only a very limited selection of biscuits and fruits available for the advertised "luxurious afternoon tea.".

The location is good near Zhong Yang walking street in Harbin . You can walk around for enjoy the atmosphere at night . The hotel is in Russian style and well decorated . The room has good facilities and good technology. The breakfast room is very beautiful and variety lines of food. We stay with the promotion of free tea set and gift . It’s very impressive!
