房間衞生差勁致極，竟然晚上睡覺有蚊子，隔音超級差，一晚上沒睡着，廁所一直都有下水道流水的聲音，無法入睡。走廊上晾滿了毛巾，雜亂。浴室瓷板都爛了，在網上訂了2晚，看這環境本想退了明晚的，衹住一晚，在攜程上申請退房，結果商家拒絕退房，打攜程客服電話，結果溝通也不盡如意，還告知我如果執意要退房的話，要交違約金，扣除百分之五十的違約金，感覺商家跟攜程客服是一夥的，套路滿滿。如果有小夥伴想住的話，慎重！！！

訂的是特價房，房間雖小，但一應俱全性價比較高。老闆人很好，有着東北人的熱情。房間裏的電熱水器我一人洗是足夠的。如果兩個人入住需要再等一會兒。無線網也挺流暢的。房間裏設施包括床品就是普通的，畢竟價格在那兒了。

老闆娘挺熱情，給調了雙床的，填了費用，中午還給延時一個小時。就是房間一點沒有暖氣，一宿空調聲音略大了點，沒休息好。

特別好的一次入住，必須好評，前台很耐心的告訴我路線，態度很好，房間也很不錯！乾淨衞生，是去考試不錯的選擇，就他家離考點最近了，位置不錯，前後兩條街都有吃的，還算方便。不錯不錯

房間面積大小正好，整潔乾淨。老闆好溝通，人很好，能開正規發票。地理位置非常好。距離黑龍江外國語學院考點很近，步行12分鐘，打車3分鐘。總之，前來考試的，住在這裏很安靜，很便利。
