人生第一次寫差評…實名制差評。
因為我在這邊生活，朋友來找我玩，訂了兩天，我到得早入住的1006房，我朋友傍晚才到住的702。
702設施還挺新的，就是熱水器不太好使，等到燒好了到75了洗個頭護髮素沒抹上水已經涼了，大概一首歌多個前奏的時間吧，我朋友甚至洗了個冷水澡…1006就很殘舊，熱水器一樣不好使，我在這邊待的時間長了還能忍忍，第二天早上再洗澡。然後就是少了點桌椅，地板起翹，這就算了，就住兩天也不影響，燒水台那洗手池是壞的，就是一晚能看出來那種，一團黑，像個垃圾池，這也就算了，畢竟洗手間還有個洗手池。讓我爆發的是，廁所的鏡子上地面上牆上還有上一個客人得雙眼皮貼！馬桶還有便便印…重點是淋浴間的下水道是堵的，散發酸臭！我剛淋濕身子，那個水已經漫過門檻了！我找前台問，當晚值班前台説衹有一個阿姨搞衞生而且他們這是公寓衞生就是這樣，下水道不是堵是他們水流太大所以才下的慢 臭是因為我開了排風所以才臭…結果第二天我再打電話前台問處理方案要麼退房要麼換房，換了個人貌似是老闆吧，一上來看就直接找人通下水道了，結果挖出來一堆頭髮和兩個牙刷… 老闆的態度挺好確實讓我猶豫了該不該寫這差評，但我想了一天還是好氣…那晚的值班前台真的讓我很無語！

有冰箱、洗衣機、微波爐等，設施齊全，房間寬敞，交通方便，距離松花江邊很近，非常棒！

設施：樓層那麼高，有四個電梯卻衹能用一個，然後高峯期人流就很多得要25分鐘才到一樓，每一層樓都有人按，有些人都進不來了就得等。咱們南方樓層高的有三四個電梯不管人多人少這電梯都會開。這個電梯滿了去做那個這樣子。

真是300元的房間寧願住大街，隔音還非常差，空調還漏水，洗澡真是拿命在洗，熱水器在淋浴區上面不説，插座還在上面插着，很擔心洗澡濺上水小命難保，不會再住了
