很滿意的一次住店體驗。老闆人很熱情，室內衞生很乾凈，住着也舒服。像在家的感覺。周圍環境也很方便，樓下有好多餐飲店和早餐店。停車也有停車位。必須給好評！！！

燈光昏暗衞生一般踢腳線甚至能看到水泥，犄角旮旯全是灰塵，衞生間下水和水池水漏還有小咬飛出來，熱水也不是很熱，尤其是洗手枱熱水最熱也就是不冷的程度，床上倒是還算乾淨，空調也好用，如果是到祖研看病這個賓館倒是還算合適，出門幾步道就是祖研門診

房間覺得跟旅店差不多，衞生一般，熱水需要放好久才有，隔音差，衹是過度一晚。空調電視啥的都不好使，屋內温度有點冷。
