免費升級了房型，房間很大，還有大浴缸，晚上走累了泡泡腳挺好的。暖氣挺足的，衣服洗了一晚上就幹了。在大學城裡麪，現在學生都回家了，晚上比較冷清，出行主要靠打的，地鐵站有些遠，公交車方便。馬桶反味比較大，要找師傅看下呢，要是每天都有來收拾下房間就更好了。

公寓在小區裏面，老闆非常好！環境不錯，公寓房間乾淨整潔安靜，就在理工大學東門對面，離地鐵站，師大夜市，凱德廣場，九天影院，黑大，林大，黨校，都挺近的，出行方便，公寓樓下就有超市，附近有喜家德水餃，四川火鍋，烤肉，回民飯店，燒烤等等各種美食，十分便利！強烈推薦！

在旺季的哈爾濱可以説是物美價廉了！優點在於小陽台的桌椅很適合吃早飯！房間還有小愛同學，愛化粧聽歌的朋友有福啦！缺點在於電梯難等小區進門不便服務比較差交通基本靠打車

平台上説到店開發票，到了前台讓問客服，客服説民宿都開不了，那你們平台上自己標註不行麼，剛從佳木斯過來住的就可以開，你們來開不了不代表別人不可以，還來一個民宿都不行，住兩天給客服打八百個電話，溝通特別不方便，趕上附近學校開學不好定房間定的不推薦

定的套房，房間大是挺大的，浴缸有點小，房間有點冷，熱水不是很足，床挺乾淨的，軟軟的，總體來説還可以吧
