房間有煙味，連毛巾，浴巾上都有，房間感覺比較小，看上去還算乾淨，燈光昏暗。優點，地理位置還行，打車去哪兒都方便，都快，洗髮水，沐浴露都是一次性小瓶的，一次性拖鞋質量很好，有一次性馬桶墊，有自助早餐，但是吃早餐需要早起，不過可以給同一人打包。一個人早起就行。在旺季性價比高。總體來説，旺季來選這裏還不錯，平時來這價位就高了

從電梯到走廊到房間都比較乾淨，老婆是個愛乾淨的人，她很滿意。第一次住一個屋裡，三張床的房間，很安靜，很昏暗。昨天在北極村住的，今天本來定別人家了，老婆去了感覺非常不好，我把那家退訂了，回來住的。雖然價格高一些，那老婆滿意，那才是真的滿意。

除了位置離景點稍微遠點，在老城區。去哪兒都是打車。其他都很完美呀，帶着我婆婆來的，那麼挑剔的老太太都覺得好。早餐也很豐盛，酒店衞生也很乾凈，贊一個。

環境還算可以，不過晚上回來時大堂就已經關燈，可能人少的緣故吧
前台小姐姐很熱情，送了小禮物，剛好是都能用上的

衞生還可以，比較乾淨，保潔大姐服務也挺好。其他就拉胯了：設施老舊，洗手盆排水慢。床頭插座接觸不好，手機充電動一下就沒了。房間竟然沒有抽紙。早餐衹供應1小時，8：30就沒了，真是非常罕見，反正我是第一次見到。房費是到付的，我既然付費了，早餐券就應該全給我，然而他要你每天早餐前去領。早餐非常簡單，憑早餐券一人領一個餐盆，喝牛奶的杯子是那種3兩的白酒杯，正常人早餐喝200毫升牛奶，算算需要續杯多少次？整個餐廳衹有一盒抽紙，不是每個桌上都有。還有的懶得寫了。這已經是第一次寫這麼長的評價就，因為這麼摳搜的酒店真是第一次見到，兩百多的房費不算多但是絕不算少，經常各地旅行，住過的酒店也不少，同價位酒店絕對沒有這麼摳搜的。長見識了。

房間設施配備一般，沒有餐紙。被褥看着特別乾淨，但不知道有什麼，身上被咬的睡不着，隔音不太好。東西保安、保潔服務態度很好。停車困難。當然價格在哈爾濱也不高。

今後還會回頭住的賓館，乾淨，整潔，雖然設施樣式不那麼華麗。最主要是乾淨，環境不吵鬧，沒有閑雜人，而且餐廳、餐具、食物衞生，是賓館自己做的。服務人員禮貌！整體價格親民。
