Love this hotel. Great views of the river from our room. Breakfast was good too, many western options as well as chinese. The staff were very friendly and helpful and everyone spoke fluent English, from the guy at door helping with bags, housekeepers, the fitness and swimming desk staff and especially the ladies at reception Zoe and April. One of the best hotels I've stayed at with regards to customer service.
