Renest Haridwar

Staying at the Renest was a memorable and nice experience. Property is a class apart. Well maintained, ample parking space, neat & clean rooms, beautiful restaurant and exceptionally good service. Highly recommended to people travelling to Haridwar! We would like to applaud and appreciate the efforts of the General Manager, Pankaj Maithani and his team including Vikas, Shammi and the entire team at the restaurant, house keeping, front office etc.. for delivering the best of the services at a pretty reasonable price. Grateful to Rai Saheb for his farsightedness to offer such an exceptional level of hospitality at an affordable cost. He is a visionary indeed.

I had stay at Renest hotel haridar. Very beautiful property in haridwar…. Food and service was very 👍🏻 Good….. Staff is very friendly and helpful….. Always service with smile face 😀….. Specially Thank to mr.SAMMI for great service…………🙏🏻

Had a very normal stay, Restaurant 1 /5, Stay 3/5, Rooms 3/5, Ambiance 2/5, Amenities 2/5, Room Service 3/5 We stayed for 2 nights, we had 3 rooms. 1 Canary and 2 Sparrow rooms. Canary room had a good balcony. No drinking water available in rooms during checkin. Between approximately 70-80 guests they hardly had 3 people serving them creating chaos. Didnt receive food for 1 hour as they had forgot our order. Aslo serving repeat rotis took them 15+ mins each time leaving parents with cold sabji each time. No comb / dental kit present in bathrooms. When you order outside food through Zomato to be consumed in your rooms they deny it to be received. I had to fight my way out, firstly they didnt prepare our food on time for 90 minutes in hotels resturant and I had to leave with empty stomach and when we ordered from outside they denying it to be received. Next things they have not advertised so its not a wrong thing from their side but just for peoples info this hotel doesnt have a SPA or Swimming Pool or Kids Play area. Room service was good though, boys used to run around and get things delivered in time. For Laundry service : Pickup is in morning and delivery in evening, so you if you checkin in afternoon and expect things to get by evening it wont be possible. Again it's their standard rule so can't comment on this - this piece of info too is just for peoples info,. Rooms were clean. Property too was clean. A bit older property hence you wont find superb ambiance, a normal older hotel kind of feeling you should have. Overall I would rate it 2 out of 5. Price was it was ok, food taste too was ok.

We booked a two-day stay at Renest Haridwar and ended up leaving after just one day due to the horrible condition of our room and the unprofessional behavior of the management. From the moment we entered the room, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. The room was dirty, and the linens were so bad that we were uncomfortable even using them. Also, the hot water was not working in our room and we were told that it happens. It’s astonishing that a hotel claiming to offer quality service would neglect such basic standards of hygiene. Our issues were not just with the room and toilet but also with the management’s attitude. When we expressed our dissatisfaction and requested a refund for the second night (since we were checking out early), they flat-out refused. They wouldn’t even consider adjusting the food bill with the unused room rent. The General Manager was rude and indifferent, showing no concern for why we were leaving early or for the condition of the room. If you're looking for a pleasant, clean, and hospitable stay in Haridwar, do yourself a favor and avoid Renest Haridwar. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had, and we will not be returning.

Excellent staff in front desk , room service and Tribe Restaurant. My special thanks Sorabh Rawat and Rahul Bisht ( Cheff) for their service and support during my stay with my family from 6th -9th October 2024. I highly recommend this Hotel .

Good food and service is good. I had aloo paratha and idli during the morning breakfast buffet. Chef Rahul and Mr Akhil took good care of us at the Tribe. The rooms are clean and well kept. No moldy smell. We stayed for 2 days. The buffets has good variety of food.
