I was at a perfect location, Staff was accommodating. However the electricity went out in our room it got hot. My key to parking wasn't working after 24 hours I paid for a 40 hour key. which I wasn't told about paying for self parking. My room was suppose to have Free breakfast it wasn't. Never staying there again.

I had a fantastic stay , I loved it. The crew was amazing Michelle, Cj and Rebecca. Taylor was my favorite they made me feel comfortable and at home . They made sure I was satisfied every step of my stay and I will for sure be back. By the and food is great and excellent excellent bar selection!

Breakfast at Hilton starts at 6:30 on weekdays and at 7 am on weekends and holidays. Living by the lake, you can enjoy breakfast while watching the scenery. Breakfast is of high quality, it is the American style of that earthy flavor, from waffles to cheese Omlet, and a variety of fruits including blueberries, sausages, muffins, yogurt, assorted jams, potato pieces and hard to drink Coffee. The waiters are very professional, unhurried and polite. What you want to drink and drink is to say, don't forget to tip $ 2 to $ 3 after meals. Reception is not inefficient and can also provide warm service. There is a kiosk next to the front desk, selling a variety of high-priced drinks and snacks. There are no restaurants near the hotel, or you can eat at the hotel. The price is not expensive, but it is never cheap-the nearest restaurant is 1.1 miles on foot (note that it is a mile). There is a Greek restaurant with Russian waiters, which is not good. Eat expensive Greek meals; or you can hit Lyft for $ 4 and walk unfriendlyly. The hotel gave the so-called Penthouse floor on the 14th floor. The lake view room was easy to fog on the lake and looked like Taihu Lake. Don't mention how comfortable it is to lie on the same huge bed in a huge room. Love this hotel and take family to play and see NASA.

Was looking for a quiet place so that when I was in I could rest from work travel. This fits the bill and has places close by to find food when I was hungry. Staff found something I left in my room right after check out and called so I had time to return and get. Thanks so much.

The hotel is near the highway but far enough from the noise. The place is very clean and crew ensures it is well kept. The free washer and dryer are a plus. I especially want to thank Kaitlan and Brain for their outstanding service. Both are pleasant and very helpful. The help always with a smile.

All the staff here are AWESOME they all make you feel at home!!! Ms Crystal is the best! My family of 4 absolutely adores her she has helped my family while we are in need right now. My landlord sold the house we was living in and been having a hard time with finding a new home. The staff here are by far the best

The rooms are clean, breakfast is nice but the pancake machine was broken, there is a small pool in which some kids were enjoying. The staff is outstanding and very helpful and polite. I am here due to Hurricane Ida but unfortunately, I can not stay because I am spending too much money on fast food. The area has a lot of restaurants to choose from and they are all delicious, I may try the Japanese restaurant today. There is a PetSmart, big lots, and Marshalls in the parking lot. The area is safe!! Bad: Very low water pressure but the hot water did work. I opted for a bath vs a shower. (this should really be updated) I gave a 3 star for value because, for this reason, the rooms are average cost $129, so there is no reason to cut back on the water pressure.
