Leonardo Plaza Netanya Hotel ★★★★
"Breakfast selection was a bit limited. Decent room. Average cleanliness. Hotel a bit dated, furniture needs updating, especially the mattresses."
Seanergy Hotel ★★★★
"The hotel is small.the room is clean the beds are comfortable No Parking"
David Tower Hotel Netanya by Prima Hotels - 16 Years Plus ★★★★★
"For Israel, this is a good hotel."
Vert Lagoon Netanya by Afi Hotels ★★★★
"A 15-minute wait to enter breakfast on Friday is unacceptable for a hotel of this type. Having to go to housekeeping twice to get towels because they haven't been washed yet is unacceptable for a hotel of this type. Instant coffee from a can on Saturday is unacceptable for a hotel of this type. The room has no hairdryer, slippers, robe, ear picks, or cotton pads. The quality of cleaning in the rooms also leaves much to be desired."
Carmel Hotel Holiday Apartments ★★★
"Avoid. Avoid. Although the room was clean and the bed was comfortable and it is in a great location, they take 200 shekel deposit. They will find all the reasons to steal the deposit from you. I had the same problem 3 years ago, but this time, I didn't want to leave the room until they returned the deposit. Also, the person that I had the room from was the most rude and abnocious person I had ever met."
Island Luxurious Suites Hotel ★★
"Absolute disaster . Thought we were going for nice romantic getaway for 2 . No airconditioning in 39’degree heat . Had to beg for another room . Lied to us that there were no other rooms . Broken doors in room . Security barged into room in middle of night due to “mistake “. Crazy loud music all morning , couldn’t rest at all. Left in the middle of the visit . When we asked for money back they said they would give us another free night . Didn’t know if to laugh or cry . Horrendous . Stay away ."
Medi Terre Boutique Hotel - by Saida Hotels ★★★★
"Terrible experience – Overpriced and completely unacceptable service! I spent 5 nights at this hotel expecting a high-standard boutique experience for the price they charge, but it turned out to be a complete nightmare. No Wi-Fi at all: The internet did not work for a single day of my 5-night stay. Power outages: We experienced repeated power cuts every morning and evening. Broken bathroom & TV: The shower head was broken and non-functional. The TV signal was so poor that watching anything was impossible. Zero service: It is virtually impossible to reach reception by phone when you need help. The garage/parking entrance was inaccessible. Poor quality: Housekeeping is far below standard, and the breakfast is extremely limited and disappointing. For the exorbitant rates this hotel charges, this level of service is utterly unacceptable. Save your money and stay somewhere else!"
The Seasons Hotel -Studio & Suite ★★★★
"I can confirm what others have written about the state of the hotel and filthy rooms and facilities. I can only assume someone has been bribing the health and safety officer for the hotel as it is unsafe in so many ways ! I confirm the breakfast is very poor value and the selection of food very sparse, not what you expect in Israel. Also, the place is filthy and falling apart. We reckon there is only one vacuum cleaner for the whole place and I wonder whether they even have a dishwasher (so much dirty crockery and cutlery!). the Friday night dinner is just a buffet with as much kiddish wine (tastes like cough syrup ) you can drink. It’s not possible to order a soft drink or wine … and it’s a hotel?! When I enquired about ordering wine they looked at me like I was crazy. Most of the staff don’t speak English or Hebrew, which also creates problems and misunderstandings. However, the worst part of the visit was the total lack of humanity of the staff. My elderly father, 85 years old and disabled, had an accident during our visit and we extended out stay as a result. He came out of hospital and I arranged a wheelchair for him but it all proved very difficult, in spite of all my efforts to get help. The reception staff treated us so badly that it beggars belief. I had to beg them to arrange for the sheets to be changed (covered in blood from my father’s injuries) We kept being told the manager, Alina (does she even exist?) needed to give the go ahead on the room and the cost and we asked to speak to her numerous times but she never appeared. The bill, when it came, made no sense m and they charged us for all sorts of items that were clearly not our costs. When I queried the bill, I was initially told that we’d eaten in the dining room every day (nonsense, and they couldn’t show me any signed receipts). They then said I had three additional guests in the room… another ridiculous idea, finally the receptionist agreed to deduct all the erroneous charges and told me I “should be grateful for the discount”. I said there is no discount, you just deducted the incorrect charges! I must add I am fluent in Hebrew but it didn’t help. I was so worried about my father and getting our flight home that I just paid the bill in the end, I think they screwed us but it’s too late now."
