Very friendly staff, always there help to carry luggage, on the lift or any help you needed. Hard to find dustbin in the hotel area, staff are so friendly immediately help us for throwing rubbish

I'm surprised with the room booked because of the widety and cleanliness, which is an available refrigerator, water heater, mineral water, soap, towel, tv and many others. Will repeat again🙂😍😚

Very good place to stay either for families, couple or business trip.. Cleanness is superb..Kudos for the coffee machine that this hotel provide every morning from 6am to 12pm..👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Personal view, hotel was overrated as 4 stars hotel. However, location was good as it was walking distance to Central Hatyai, Makro, ASEAN night market and Greenway night market. Breakfast spread was acceptable. We arrived early in the morning and went out for breakfast, back to hotel by 10.30am and luckily room was ready, really appreciate the lobby staff’s assistance. Yet, many improvements need to be made such cleanliness of lobby toilet etc.

Location hotel is a bit far from Lee Garden. But the hotel is new and have swimming pool views. We feel very relaxed. The room is spacious and neat. Design of the room is very ancient Thai style. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They can speak English. The WiFi is good. The breakfast doesn’t have variety of food. But nearby have 7 Eleven. Our experience in the hotel is good . We will come back again .

Very nice junior suite, so spacious with an affordable price. Service was good as well as the staffs were accommodative. Probably need to improve on breakfast menu to include more options especially for vegetarians.

I went to Hatyai for 4 days 3 nights with my friends and we chose this hotel because of the price. The price is very cheap and affordable for those who have a low budget to travel. But I didn't expect that when we got to the room we're speechless because the room was very spacious, clean and beautiful. I didn't think we would get such a room for such a cheap price.. and the receptionist was also very kind and cheerful. I will stay at this hotel again if I go to Hatyai again..🥹

The hotel is in the middle between Lee Garden area and Siam Festival Mall. Easy to get grab or indrive over there..Breakfast not much choices with so so taste. Eat breakfast outside much more better.. Everything was good and I like to stay there because it’s far from busy area like Lee Garden area..

Really enjoyed my stay here in new season square hotel, big and spacious room, bed, TV, dining table and chairs, big bathroom as well, the best part is interconnected room for a family of 5, added bed at no cost for one of the room. Gym is small but good enough, the pool also quite nice. The lobby is spacious and can put our luggage while we go shopping after check out. Good customer service.
