Hotel location just a 10min walk to Central Festival Hatyai, 8min walk to 7E. U can get the best sunset view from the balcony too! Love it.

I checked out from the hotel some time after 8am, and upon inspection of the room, their housekeeper and front desk accused us of stealing their one of pool towels. On the first day of our stay, they had indeed provided 2 pool towels, which we had used and had been taken by their housekeeper during housekeeping. However, they only provided 1 pool towel yesterday, but we did not request any extra since only one of our members went swimming. In the end, they charged us 350 baht for stealing/losing their pool towel, even though they did not provide the complete set of 2 in the first place. Before I checked out, I also witnessed the group in front of me who were also accused of stealing their towel, which they were charged 100 baht. The group insisted that they had even brought their own towels and never used the hotel’s, but were nevertheless forced to pay the compensation fee even because we had no proof that the housekeeping did not provide the complete set in the first place. I strongly suspect that we were being scammed by the hotel staff on this, because this is a relatively decent and nicer hotel, and proper guests were staying here. There’s absolutely no reason for any of us to be stealing their towels. If I couldn’t even afford a towel, I would not be staying here at all. And if it had only been us falling victim to this, my suspicions would not have been this strong but it is too much of a coincidence for both groups to be accused of stealing their towels. On an additional note, they were not even able to provide a complete set of towels for us 4pax when we called to request, because there weren’t enough to go around (according to them). They could’ve also easily use this against us and accuse us of stealing the bath towels too, and we would not have been able to prove ourselves either. My only mistake was not requesting a receipt for the compensation fee that I had to pay, but I don’t think it would’ve made much of a difference. I have lodged an official complaint anyway via Trip to hopefully prevent future incidents. Just want to put this out here to warn others who are considering staying here in the future. Avoid if you don’t want to ruin a nice hotel experience by leaving with a sour taste in your mouth. Truly a shame that the level of service and integrity of the staffs did not live up to the standards of the hotel.

room is big, location gt abit far ,10min from town. The hotel beside have a big 7-11 convenient store and also opposite road is petrol station It locate btween songkla town and hatyai town.. price is worth it.

We had a pleasant stay at Tachang Airport Hotel Hatyai. The family room was spacious enough and comfortably accommodated our family. The room and surrounding areas were clean and well-maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Parking was convenient and hassle-free, with ample space available. The beds were very comfortable, allowing all of us to have a good night’s sleep after a long day of travelling.Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Hatyai.

The breakfast set offers a wide variety of choices, with complimentary drinking water and coffee, and even a coffee machine. It's located in the alley behind the Crystal Hotel. The road leading to the hotel might be a bit rough, but the hotel facade is beautiful with a parking lot. They also sell healthy snacks and drinks.

Review: Modern, Spacious, and Functional Stay The Good: • Contemporary Design: The room has a lovely, minimalist aesthetic. The combination of light wood finishes and the wood-textured accent wall in the bathroom gives the space a warm, ”homey” yet professional feel. • Ample Space: Unlike many standard hotel rooms, this one feels very breathable. There is a massive amount of storage in the built-in wardrobes and plenty of desk space, making it perfect for digital nomads or long-term travelers. • Well-Equipped Bathroom: The bathroom is a highlight. I appreciated the separate glass shower partition and the inclusion of a bidet sprayer. Having a proper water heater unit in the shower ensures a consistently warm experience. • Comfortable Layout: The seating area by the window is a nice touch for morning coffee, and the AC unit is well-positioned to cool the entire room effectively. Verdict: A solid choice for anyone looking for a clean, modern, and spacious room. The large desk and storage make it much more functional than a typical cramped hotel room. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is a bit far from the center, but since we had already rented a scooter, it was convenient for us. Many people come by car, giving the impression of a weekend getaway. The room seemed a bit dark at first glance, but everything else was good. We were even allowed to check in a little earlier than the official check-in time. Breakfast wasn't a buffet; there were two options to choose from, but you could have as many toasts with jam and butter as you wanted. You definitely won't go hungry. The hotel occupies several buildings: accommodation, a pool, a breakfast area, and some other structures. They require a swimming cap in the pool. In the evening, they rented them out for 20 baht, but in the morning, they gave them for free. The sea is warmer than the pool, so the pool feels cold in comparison. But that's just a matter of personal preference.

Unfortunately, our stay was not pleasant. The air conditioning was not functioning well, making the room quite uncomfortable. We informed the front desk about the issue; however, unfortunately, there was no follow-up or update provided to us. In addition, at around 3:30 AM, we were disturbed by people knocking on doors and shouting in the corridor, which significantly affected our sleep. Another disappointing experience was that an extra pillow required an additional charge, and the fee was non-refundable. This was unexpected and did not meet our expectations of hospitality. Overall, the experience was below expectations, and there is definitely room for improvement in both facilities and guest service.

Idk if this is miscommunication or what, but they don't have iron..? Not even the shared one..? We do ask the receptionist, but they say don't have huhu. So, well.. i end up travel with tudung sarung and wrinkly pants and shirt... 😌 other than that, everything is okey. Nice location. Near 7/11, money changer, lee garden night market, railway station, spa for massages

The room is clean, the air conditioner is cool, but the TV and the kettle have problems and can't be used.
