Mountain View Hotels in Hat Yai

Overall it's good, there's plenty of parking spaces, safe environment. But somehow poor for their room cleaning service as the room cleaner just helped to do tidiness ,never help to change the mattress covers and towels throughout the stays in the hotel. Also, need to improve for their daily morning breakfast menu 🙂🙂.

Really enjoyed my stay here in new season square hotel, big and spacious room, bed, TV, dining table and chairs, big bathroom as well, the best part is interconnected room for a family of 5, added bed at no cost for one of the room. Gym is small but good enough, the pool also quite nice. The lobby is spacious and can put our luggage while we go shopping after check out. Good customer service.

Good price with good hotel design. Clean, good service. Deposit 1000 batt only, will refund when check out. Hatyai food is so delicious

Nice hotel, very basis no cupboards in the room Just cloth hangers provided No slippers No hand soap in the toilet room. Staff friendly n provide good service Room Spacious n clean. This hotel seems p to be popular for wedding n seminars Breakfast also basis n so so Hotel location is good for shopping as opposite the hotel is Central Festival mall n short distance away is the ASEAN bazar n Greenway night bazar Easy to get grab to go any where  Don’t think will stay here again

love this hotel ❤️ got parking, swimming pool, simple amenities (toothbrush, comb, razor, shower gel, shampoo) spacious room suitable for family for those who need massage, they can arrange one for you in the room…reasonable rate

Strategic location at town center. With walking distance can reach Kim Yong Market, Lee Garden and easy to get local food near by hotel.

Staff are courteous, but location is not ideally located for those who want to explore Hatyai by foot... located outskirts of Hatyai Town. Though the Central Festival is located on the opposite side, it is a distance to walk. Boiler & mini fridge is available in the room but no coffee or tea sachets provided. Overview : Not conveniently located, but the hotel is clean & comfortable.

It was an real incredible experience for me. The quality of food was only matched by the quality of service I got. I wish I can keep the flavor in my mouth for ever. Thanks for making the evening an unforgettable one. xoxoooo

Never trust hotel reviews!! We chose this hotel because of its good reviews, but after staying here, we were truly disappointed! I booked three rooms for three nights at Bhava Residence. Upon check-in, I immediately noticed that the air conditioner in one of the rooms was very noisy, so I requested a room change. On the first night of our stay, in the middle of the night, the air conditioner in another room completely stopped working, causing my family to have a sleepless night. The next morning, we requested a room change. Initially, the air conditioner in the new room was working fine. The hotel staff informed us that if the air conditioner malfunctioned again, we could request a fan from them since there was no technician available to fix it immediately. However, later that night, the same problem occurred—the air conditioner in that room completely stopped working again. This meant that my family endured two sleepless nights in a row. It was truly terrible! That night, the room opposite my family’s room also had to be changed in the middle of the night due to an air conditioning issue. I questioned the hotel front desk staff about why these air conditioning failures kept happening. Their explanation was that the air conditioners were overworked, which is why such problems kept occurring! Because of this issue, I will never choose this hotel again. It has seriously affected my family's rest, and we are very disappointed with this hotel. I hope the hotel management should thoroughly resolve the air conditioning problems and take responsibility for their guests.
