"It's located about 1km from Lee Garden/town centre, not too far, still manageable.
Location quite strategic near lots of food stalls and 7-eleven just round the corner.
Place is clean with the necessary amenities like
towel, toothbrush, tissue, drinking water, snacks,
hair dryer, etc air conditioning was cold
Check in required a deposit of 200 baht and an
International adapter for 100baht to charge your HP as I forgot to take it along
Service was commendable when asked for directions and even extra pillow
Room is quite big for 3 persons with TV, Sofa, table and chairs
It is cheaper and convenient to get a Grab car than tuk-tuk when required to move far
Overall pleasant stay and will book it next trip"

Chanakan BI had a great stay at Boon Poshtel Hatyai. The location is excellent and makes it easy to explore the city. Anonymous UserI had a wonderful stay at Saran Inn & Spa Hatyai. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always welcoming throughout my stay. The hotel is very clean, quiet, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax.
One of the best things is the spa located downstairs, which is super convenient if you're looking for a massage after a long day of exploring. The location is also great, and everything about my stay was pleasant.
I booked during a promotion, so the price was very affordable and offered excellent value for money. Highly recommended if you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and budget-friendly hotel in Hatyai!

connie56I booked this hotel for two separate nights. The first night was quite good, at least it was cheap and clean. The hotel's location is excellent; it feels secluded yet is right in the middle of everything, not on one of those noisy massage streets. It's also very close to 10 Hours and 7-Eleven. Plus, being tucked away in a quiet alley, it's not too loud. Oh, and there's a very clean laundry shop about 300 meters away.

赖宣萦ChloeGreat place with a Baba n Nyonya vibes. Got the room with complimentary breakfast sets for 2. Which is good local selection. The room is not big as it is full of the furniture's. But good enough. The bed is good to sleep in most of all clean. Service is good.

Very new hotel option for those who prefer to be close to Central Hat Yai, Asean Market, Greenway Night Market... all within walking distance. The room is cosy, clean and soooo comfortable. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. Rooms are cleaned everyday and they provide complimentary 2 snacks, 2 juices/soda and 2 mineral water bottles everyday. As it is beside the busy road, it can be noisy for some (but they do provide earplugs) but no problem for us. They have about 4-5 private parking.The toilet has ample space for shower and refreshing shower gel and shampoo provided

lawrance lye4th time here at p residence, very good price, clean, room fully equipped with kettle, proper place to hang clothes, good size square layout, with balcony, walking distance to all major attractions, plenty of shops.. With all these mentioned above, the small issues like low water pressure and taking stairs become non issues.. Reminder though; no lift, all walk up rooms, you might get lower or upper unit, not suitable if you have elderly who struggle with mobility, other than that, I say book early.. Especially weekend and holidays..

celinekcyI haven stayed this hotel in year 2023 before, but this this it's disappointing me and my friends.
1⃣my children got many red dots on their skin. Not sure which insects bike them.
2⃣The water pressure is super Low, we cant even wash hair, so imagine how small is the water coming. And the bathroom get Flow while bathing.
3⃣Many dust in the room.
But their service is good after complain, work efficiently.
Location is good, opposite and behind the hotel got 7-11 store, famous restaurants also nearby. Walk to Lee Garden area 10mins and kim yong market in 15mins.
Hotel will give 150bath voucher to redeem at cafe when check in.
Parking is free but limited lot.
Will not recommend to stay here, and the price not worth for this.

Location 15min walk to Kim Yong and Lee Garden market, which suitable for SongKran and daily meal / purchase.
No main traffic around of hotel enable quiet and clean atmosphere for rest.
Front desk host is helpful, Stable and fast Wifi Speed with room card to access lift for safety.
2 bottle of water ,changeable with housekeeper when needed with no extra charge, as long as not bringing out or lost/broken.
Water supply and pressure is stable, with heater for bath.
Window toward east bright and warm on day.

Guest UserThe staff was nice and welcoming. If you get a dorm, Bill, you’re going to be on the fourth floor, no elevator and the Wi-Fi is virtually nonexistent. Mattresses were on the uncomfortably firm side. If I stayed here again, I would ask for the second or third floor dorm room, but if they didn’t give it to me, I would find another hostel.
