"It's located about 1km from Lee Garden/town centre, not too far, still manageable.
Location quite strategic near lots of food stalls and 7-eleven just round the corner.
Place is clean with the necessary amenities like
towel, toothbrush, tissue, drinking water, snacks,
hair dryer, etc air conditioning was cold
Check in required a deposit of 200 baht and an
International adapter for 100baht to charge your HP as I forgot to take it along
Service was commendable when asked for directions and even extra pillow
Room is quite big for 3 persons with TV, Sofa, table and chairs
It is cheaper and convenient to get a Grab car than tuk-tuk when required to move far
Overall pleasant stay and will book it next trip"

"Hostel was decent. Very cold too even though it’s a closed capsule. Capsule quite small, better for those who travel with only one bag (recommended). I had 2 bag (1 luggage 1 gym bag) and the space quite crowded with stuff haha. Toiletries not provided except for towel. Towel is thick so it’s hard to dry in air conditioning space. Advisable to bring own towel that is thin and easy to dry. Bring hanger as well (recommended) if you need it to hang your clothes as they dont provide it much. Plus point: location is in the centre (lee garden) and every place is walking distance (kim yong, lee garden plaza, 7E, HatYai Junction, Amazon cafe). There’s also a lot of massage shop along the hostel building. If you are here for songkran, definitely you’ll get wet the moment you step out from the hostel haha. Very convenient place and friendly customer service!!"

Soda5525Have a pleasant stay here. Location not very close to lee garden or kim yong but is walkable distance (acceptable). Hygiene acceptable. Bed and pillow is comfortable. Have water dispenser and coffee at the lobby. Only downside is need to climb staircases(we stayed at 3th floor), quite tiring, but is indicated on the description so no complaint.

Very new hotel option for those who prefer to be close to Central Hat Yai, Asean Market, Greenway Night Market... all within walking distance. The room is cosy, clean and soooo comfortable. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. Rooms are cleaned everyday and they provide complimentary 2 snacks, 2 juices/soda and 2 mineral water bottles everyday. As it is beside the busy road, it can be noisy for some (but they do provide earplugs) but no problem for us. They have about 4-5 private parking.The toilet has ample space for shower and refreshing shower gel and shampoo provided

Keikei FooThe room was spacious, clean, and fully equipped. A 200 THB/day voucher was provided upon check-in, which could be used at the cafe downstairs. Our group of seven stayed in a private dorm room, where each person had their own private space. There were two bathrooms and two toilets. It's perfect for a group of friends. We stayed on the 3rd floor. There's no elevator, so you'll need to climb stairs. Parking in front of the hotel is limited.

Nurelmi Alliyani Binti MokhtarI stayed at Siam Mansion for 3 nights. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable enough, and the hotel itself was okay. However, the bathroom was quite small, which may be a little inconvenient for longer stays.
One thing that disappointed me was the housekeeping. Toilet tissues were not replenished during our stay. The bedsheets and towels were also not changed for the entire 4 nights. When I requested a change, only the towels were replaced. The bedsheet was simply turned over instead of being changed, which was quite disappointing.
The hotel is probably more suitable for solo travellers or couples. For families, it may not be as convenient, especially since the hot water and microwave area are located quite far from the rooms.
Overall, an okay stay, but there is room for improvement.

Anonymous UserThe room was clean and comfortable. The receptionists were very helpful and kind + cute chonky cat too. Great location near two 7-Elevens, Kim Yong Market, and Lee Garden. The road is a bit narrow for cars, but you can set your ride drop-off at the nearby main road and walk just 1 minute. Overall, it was a good price for the experience. Would definitely book again if I come back.

Great strategic location, just a few minutes’ walk to Lee Garden and Kim Yong Market. It’s also very convenient for getting a tuk-tuk, and New Season Hotel is only about a 1-minute walk away, making it easy to find transportation.
Despite being close to the busy area, it was surprisingly quiet at night, which made our stay very comfortable.
The homestay is spacious, with a large living room and plenty of tables and chairs, making it great for gatherings with family or friends. Each room also has enough power outlets and its own hair dryer, which was very convenient.
The owner is very friendly and responsive. Whenever we had any additional questions or enquiries, the owner replied quickly and was always helpful.
Highly recommended! We had a great stay and would definitely come back again on our next visit to Hatyai.

Guest UserThe staff was nice and welcoming. If you get a dorm, Bill, you’re going to be on the fourth floor, no elevator and the Wi-Fi is virtually nonexistent. Mattresses were on the uncomfortably firm side. If I stayed here again, I would ask for the second or third floor dorm room, but if they didn’t give it to me, I would find another hostel.
