Hat Yai Hotels with Balcony

Had a great stay at Casa 33 Hotel Hatyai. The hotel is very clean, beautiful, and well-maintained. The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing. All the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Really enjoyed our experience here and definitely will come again in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Hat Yai. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This hotel has a good location near Makro and central Hatyai mall. The receptionist can speak English for easy communication. However, the shower water heater was faulty or power tripped, as the staff thought on switching on the power. We don't use the water heater. The Aircon is good and cooling. They have a free coffee facility for guests near the door entrance.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Aura and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I arrived, the warm welcome from the staff set the tone for a memorable visit. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the concierge was incredibly helpful with recommendations for local attractions. The room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and spotlessly clean. I appreciated the comfortable bedding and the attention to detail in every aspect of the room—from the modern amenities to the thoughtful complimentary touches. The view from my room was stunning, and it made for a perfect backdrop to unwind after a busy day exploring the city. Dining at the hotel was another highlight. The on-site restaurant offered a diverse menu with delectable dishes, each prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, every meal was a delight and showcased the hotel’s commitment to quality and excellence. What truly set Aura Hotel apart was the impeccable service. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their genuine friendliness and attention to detail made me feel like a valued guest. Overall, my experience at here was nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a blend of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. I can’t wait to return for another stay!

Good Location but Parking Nightmare Rating: 3/5 I stayed at the Hatyai CC Hotel for two nights (July 3–5) and have mixed feelings. The Good: The room has clearly been recently renovated, and I must say the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable—I slept well (when I wasn't being woken up). it’s walking distance to Kim Yong Market, 7-Eleven, and the Lee Garden area, which made exploring Hat Yai very convenient. The Bad: I was placed on the 2nd floor, which faces the main road. If you are a light sleeper, beware. The soundproofing is practically non-existent. The traffic noise was very noticeable throughout the night. The Ugly (For Drivers): If you are driving here, please read carefully. They have 12 lots, but in reality, they squeezed 12 cars into a space meant for 10. The spots are so tight that once parked, you cannot open your car door fully. Expect door dings and scratches. Once those 12 ”lots” are full, you’ll be forced to park on the busy roadside. Verdict: Perfect for walkers who don't mind noise, but a hard pass if you value your car's paint job or need a quiet night's sleep.

Great price for my single night stay. The Room was clean and ready upon checking in. Pool was clean and good temperature. Conveniently located very near the airport. Perfectly located across the street from a nice restaurant for dinner and a breakfast buffet. See photo of my dinner across the street.

Everything was great, just the location was a bit average. But that's okay, taxis are cheap. The biggest issue was the Wi-Fi. You needed to log in with a separate username and password, and even then it was unstable. It would constantly disconnect, and you'd have to wait for it to reconnect or log in again with another account. It was such a hassle, why does it have to be so complicated? However, there's a massage place next door that's cheap and good! The hotel even promotes it; the flyer says 350 baht for a two-hour Thai massage, but it's actually 300 baht for two hours. It's cheap and excellent! Definitely worth checking out!

The hotel hygiene is well maintained. We love the ambience. If you need to shop, there’s a mini Big C store right infront of the hotel. Entrance for hotel is behind Big C. There’s no lift, so the staff helped us to carry our luggage. We checked in late around 9pm and the staff on the duty at the receptionist that night wasn’t so friendly. Had the difficulty to communicate and gave us look when she was frustrated. The staff we meet earlier in the morning and during the checkout were nice and warm. The TV was not a smart tv, so there’s only 3 news channel available. Tv remote control not functioning. The blind/curtain is see through.

The room itself was spacious enough for a comfortable stay, albeit with furnishings showing signs of wear and tear. The bed, while not luxurious, provided a decent night's sleep, and the linens were clean. One of the notable aspects of the hotel was its cleanliness; the housekeeping staff did a commendable job of maintaining tidiness throughout my stay. However, the absence of complimentary meals or even a breakfast option was disappointing, especially for travelers looking for convenience. In terms of amenities, the hotel offered the essentials: Wi-Fi, a television, and a functional bathroom with soap. While these amenities sufficed for my short stay, they may fall short for guests expecting more modern conveniences or recreational facilities. Overall, the Hotel is a budget-friendly option for travelers seeking a no-frills accommodation option in a convenient location. While it may not dazzle with luxury or amenities, it provides a decent, albeit unremarkable, place to rest one's head after a day of exploring the city.

The staff were very friendly and the accommodation was clean. The only thing was that the dormitory room was on the third floor, so it was difficult to bring my luggage up there. It was nice that there was a shower and shampoo.

The room is clean, the air conditioner is cool, but the TV and the kettle have problems and can't be used.
