Hefei Luyang District Hotels

We stayed in the two rooms on the 4th floor, which were closest to the edge. We mentioned this to the front desk before check-in and they reserved two rooms next to each other. But the soundproofing of the room closest to the edge is very poor. Because it is next to the street, not to mention the noise of traffic, I can hear the sound of water being used next door clearly. There was no parking space at the ground level. The underground parking lot is shared with other hotels. The elevator entrance is full. It does not lead directly to the hotel. You need to go around the elevator with your suitcases, which is a bit inconvenient. I came here for the eLong brand, but I'm a little disappointed.

The hotel impressed us by its cleaniness and convenient location, as it’s a newly built one. Staffs are friendly and treated us nicely, although they cannot speak English well but still try their best efforts to explain to us. We booked a room for three people and only 2 breakfast offered in the original booking, but when we reached at the hotel the receptionist told us we can all enjoy the breaskfast without paying for one more. Very supportive and a big plus to the customer service. Breakfast offers various dishes with both Chinese and Western styles. This hotel would defenitely oan ideal choice when we come back to Heifei in the future.

The location is excellent, with everything to eat, drink and have fun nearby. Although it is not far from the subway station, it is just between two subway stations. The distance is not too far, but it is acceptable. The front desk service of the hotel is fast, the room service is very efficient, and the bedding is excellent. It is the most comfortable pillow I have ever slept on. The mini bar products are also online. The only flaw is that there are some marks on the bath towel under the bathroom, which is not particularly clean. The rest is sanitary. The services are very good.

I went out to play during the Mid-Autumn Festival and saw the newly opened Atour on the pedestrian street and decided to try it out. The service at the front desk was very enthusiastic. The restaurants are so detailed that the special dishes of each restaurant are written down. It can be seen that they have taken great care. Atour's bedding is very comfortable and the pillows are very comfortable! When checking out, we thoughtfully prepared a Mid-Autumn Festival souvenir, which was so heartwarming! Will definitely come again

Holiday inn is boasted of its prime location around city centre and it has short distance to all of its attractions and high sports. It is quieter than other hotels as dodging in a crowded area off a less hustling alleyway.

The hotel is so hot. Can not change the air conditioner. The tv must download an special app to watch movies. It is not correct. The location is good and the place is clean.

The hotel environment is very good, there is a small refrigerator, the room is warm, the front desk staff is very gentle, the location is good, very convenient, overall is great, will come back next time, very satisfied!

The Chunhui Ramen downstairs is good, not expensive and very clean. I went there to eat during the Chinese New Year. I rode a power bike around and there was nothing to eat. The hotel also gave me two cups of coffee, which were very delicious. The room I booked has a set meal, and a car wash is provided for a few more dollars. It was washed very clean.
