The hotel is in a good location near San Xiao Kou MRT. So we took the bus from hefei airport to Sanxiaokou, walked about 6-700 meters and reached the hotel. Breakfast was also good. I love Chinese food but still have sausages and fried potatoes. The vegetable menu is super delicious especially the tomatoes. The receptionists are nice in general but they do not speak English at all and seem not to really understand what you are trying to say. So, travelling with someone who can speak Chinese would make a better experience in Hefei. The room has all necessary amenities. Shampoo, Conditioners and soap are Treseme. Has hair dryer, towel, room shoes, 2 bottles of water. If I come back to Hefei, I will book this hotel again.

Hotel is located in a central spot of Hefei downtown, close to everything. The hotel room itself is reasonably clean, however moulds can be seen in corners and edges in the bathroom as the room is a bit dated. There was some loud noise from the young couple staying next door or the level above at midnight, we had to call the reception to remind them to be mindful of other customers staying in the hotel.

Hilton's bedding equipment is great. The mattress is soft, comfortable and spacious, and the spare parts include a certain brand of shower gel with neroli oil, which has a pleasant fragrance. The standard breakfast is 88 yuan, which basically covers a variety of practical meals. The service at the front desk was great, and the room type was upgraded for free. When the breakfast was finished, the manager of the food and beverage department thoughtfully gave coffee yoghurt and 2 small boxes of fruits. Both the front desk welcome department and the catering department are very attentive. Like 👍Preferred star hotel with very high cost performance.

The staff are friendly and very helpful. The location is great, the pedestrian street that the hotel is on is really cool at night and the vibe is perfect for late night meandering. The hotel is really clean and the rooms are well laid out. The only thing that I wasn't a fan of was the moving robot attendant 😅

This hotel is great. I love the fact the staff are so friendly and kind. Specially asst.manager Joanna Zhai. She was really helpful during our stay at the hotel. She made sure that our stay at the hotel was warm and satisfying. Attended to every need we had at once. Really appreciate her efforts. Breakfast in the hotel was nice but same. Wish it was a different experience everyday. The hotel was really clean and well maintained. My daughter really had a good time in the hotel and she was very sad to leave. Hope to return soon for another good getaway. Thanks to all staff from the hotel security bell boy reception guest relation staff house keeping and the management. I highly recommend the family suit if you are traveling with kids. You will definitely have a relaxed time while your kid will be enjoying the room.
